I can't sync fonts from typekit. The things is that I can't turn on (it's off now) sync from type kit at my creative cloud. How do I fix that?

I'm sorry that you are having trouble syncing fonts from Typekit! Please try these troubleshooting steps to start:

If that doesn't solve the problem, send some screenshots which show the problem and the Creative Cloud log files from your computer to support@typekit.com, and we will look into it further. There are instructions on where to find the logs on OS X and Windows in the troubleshooting page.
