Re-downloading font folio education essentials

I have already bought adobe's font folio education essentials (2014, $150) and recently got a new laptop. I need to have these fonts on my new computer but am completely unable to find a way to re download them?

(they still work perfectly on the old one) (I would be willing to remove them from my old laptop but I would need to know that there would be a way to put them on the new one beforehand) (I have tried calling, chat, searching through the forums, IT department at my university and asking professors.... no one has had a clue what I should do, and the call centre tells me to use the online chat, the online chat tells me to use forums)

Links to re-download a purchase were only kept for 3 years, I believe, which is likely why you cannot find it now. I checked the EULA for FFEE and it is one seat, meaning you should only have it/them installed on one machine at a time. You should be able to copy all of them to your new laptop without problem (they are all OpenType) and either install them to your Fonts folder or font manager if you are using one.

Do you mean I should be able to copy them all as in just take a USB and copy them from font book, basically dragging and dropping into the new laptops font book? Thank you!

Pretty much. You'll need the actual OTF files which I think FontBook sticks in ~User/Library/Fonts. Just plop them onto a USB drive and take them to the new laptop. You should, of course, remove them from the old one. I would also recommend you make a backup copy for safekeeping.
