Removing foreign fonts

Hey,

For some reason I cannot remove or inactivate any foreign fonts on my mac. I´m using Adobe programmes and it seriously botheres me when I have a huge list of arabic and chinese fonts I will never use. i am unable to delete them on Finder or Apples font app.

Is there anyway around this?

Or do I just have to either buy an app that goes with Adobe CC or except my destiny with a huge font list?

What are some of these fonts? Around 500 come with macOS and you're stuck with them. Nothing to do with Adobe.
