Tabbing issues- restaurant feature cards

Being self taught in InDesign (CS 5.5 now)- I may be missing something basic here- but pride went out the window at the 30 minutes wasted mark...

In the feature card pictured, I need the item description to kick down to the next line at the 3" mark, while the prices all right align as shown at about the 3.4" mark.  Because the descriptions change frequently, I'd rather not make the adjustments manually to each item.  I work with a lot of different (printed) restaurant menus, and this problem has became a recurring theme.  Any help would be apprectiated.
