Hello, I would like to use Trajan Pro 3 Regular as the title font in a short film that I am making. The film is destined for festivals but there is the possibility of it getting on TV in the UK.

Am I just free to buy it from the TypeKit website or are there additional licensing issues? I have read that Adobe don't deal with some of this now and I may need to buy it from a partner like MyFonts or Fontspring. Am I correct in any of this? Will I be allowed to use it?

Thank you.

The Typekit license agreement permits you to use an image of the fonts for both personal and commercial purposes, including TV broadcast and film. You may not distribute the font software to third parties, but you do not need additional licensing to use Trajan Pro 3 as you've described.

Please let me know if you have further questions!
