Delete or remove fonts from list?

Is there a way to delete and/or remove some of the fonts in the font pulldown menu in all Adobe programs?

I'm referring to Adobe Thai, Adobe Fan Heiti Std, Adobe Heiti Std, Adobe Devanagari, Adobe Gumukhi (and others, but I'm not sure they are made by Adobe). I will never use any of these fonts and, therefore, are more of an annoyance than help in my font list. These are all fonts that "came with the program", not installed using Adobe Fonts.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm on Windows 10.
