What's in for Teams and Enterprise users in the coming update of Creative Cloud desktop app?
A new update to the Creative Cloud desktop app will begin rolling out to Enterprise and Teams customers around late April 2021.
With this update, the app shows improved messaging if the internal update server is unavailable. If the Creative Cloud Desktop App is unable to connect to your internal update server (AUSST), users are shown a message that the internal update server is unavailable.
Before this update, the Creative Cloud desktop app would show a spinning wheel and kept attempting to connect.
To fix the error, ensure that the end-users are connected to the company's VPN where the AUSST server is located. Then, click Reload Apps.
To keep track of the new features in the Creative Cloud desktop app, bookmark Creative Cloud desktop app release notes for Teams and enterprise users.

A license is committed for one year or prorated to the anniversary. Therefore, you must maintain the committed number of licenses until your anniversary date. If you have purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com, you can remove licenses from the Admin Console during the renewal period.

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for taking the time to write to us. The product teams have taken a look and we’re happy to report that they’re already working on removing this restriction to streamline the Add product workflow. To add some context, this limit is not arbitrary; this guard-rail was put in place to prevent accidental purchase of additional licenses by Admins, which can have cost implications. Adding up to five licenses were allowed to provide a degree of flexibility. With the upcoming enhancement, we’ll introduce some sophisticated algorithms to detect and prevent accidental and fraudulent additions, while unblocking legitimate additions.

If you are seeing notifications like these about your license expiring, read on to find more about it:
Your Adobe Acrobat license expires on 1/12/2020. Please contact your administrator to continue using Acrobat without disruption.
Historically, Adobe issued serial numbers with our apps (i.e. Creative Suite, Creative Cloud for enterprise, Acrobat XI, Acrobat DC) to customers on Enterprise Term License Agreements (ETLAs). These serial numbers do have an expiration date. Once the expiration date has passed, the product will no longer work so it is important to plan your migration before your serial numbers expire. Ensure your end users have continued access to their Adobe apps and services.
Learn how to use the AdobeExpiryCheck tool to check if the volume serial numbers have expired or are expiring soon. If they have expired or are expiring soon, it is recommended that you re-serialize with a new serial number.

Using the Admin Console, you can create managed packages and deploy to your user's machine. Managed packages do not need the user to have an active internet connection.
Here is how you can create a managed package:

Adobe is here to support you.
Creative Cloud products are now permitted(*) in virtualized environments. Though we have conducted limited testing of some Creative Cloud products in virtualized or server-based environments, we still recommend that you test your workflows in an evaluation version of these products before deciding whether to use one of these products.
Adobe has collaborated with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Teradici, and NVIDIA to provide best practices for Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise customers who deploy on VDI on remote cloud environments. These Best Practices Guides will be regularly updated as VDI technology advances. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects, including Adobe Media Encoder and After Effects Render Engine are constantly being tested by Adobe in cooperation with each cloud vendor, enabling technology partners, third-party plug-in developers, and hardware peripheral providers.
(*) Named User licensing can be deployed in a virtualized environment, whereas Shared Device License (SDL) is not permissible in a virtualized environment at this time. Adobe Acrobat DC supports virtual environments.

By integrating Spark and Creative Cloud with Canvas, Adobe is providing access to essential learning tools in an environment where teachers and students are already spending a great deal of their time managing assignments.
Now, at schools that have Spark licenses, everyone can sign in and access Spark right from Canvas. Teachers can create assignments using Spark, starting with templates or open-ended web pages, videos, or graphics. At schools that have Creative Cloud licenses, teachers and students can access their Creative Cloud apps through Canvas as well. They can sign in, see the apps that are available to them, and get started on their creative journey. To learn more, see Integrate Adobe Creative Cloud and Spark with Canvas LMS. Apart from using the Add users workflow in the Adobe Admin Console, there are two other ways that you can use to add users to your org. For Federated ID or Enterprise ID type users, you can automate the user management process using the User Sync tool, or the User Management API.
User Sync Tool
Adobe provides a no-coding solution, the User Sync Tool, enabling enterprise organizations to manage your Adobe user base and Adobe product access via Active Directory or openLDAP.
Using the User Sync Tool, you can sync the user and group information from your organization’s enterprise directory system (such as an Active Directory or other LDAP systems) to your organization’s directory in the Adobe Admin Console. Learn more about the User Sync tool.
User Management API
The Adobe User Management REST API gives you programmatic access to users, groups, and entitlements for Adobe products and services.
With the Adobe User Management API, Enterprise customers can automatically provision users, synchronize user directories, and grant and remove access to Adobe products from a central management application. Learn more about the User Management API.

And if you’ve been looking for a more efficient way to place lines, or “rules” between columns of text will now have an automated, painless way to do so. Learn more.
Animate: The redesigned user interface makes Animate 20.0 simple to use and empowers you to express your creativity. The touch-friendly interface includes an enhanced Properties panel, a personalizable toolbar, a modern timeline, and more. We’ve also added the ability to export complete or part of animation to any video format. Learn More.
Dreamweaver: Dreamweaver is powered by a modern code editor and visual editing aids based on CEF. You asked, we listened.
With the latest updates to Shared Device Licensing, that shipped in October 2019, we’ve included some goodies. These updates are available to your users right away and reduce admin overheads associated with installing apps and updates. For more details, see What’s New in Shared Device Licenses.
Now, when lab users sign in on a device activated with shared device licenses, a prominent banner is displayed, which indicates a shared device.
To allow lab users to update and install apps, you can now include the Creative Cloud Desktop app in your initial SDL deployment packages. To create a shared device license package, log in to the Admin Console, navigate to the Packages > Packages, and click Create a Package. For more details on how to create shared device license packages, see Create Shared Device Licensing packages.

The Acrobat Customization Wizard DC streamlines the task of configuring (customizing) the installer prior to organization-wide deployment. For example, if you have a volume license, you do not need to register and personalize each copy of the product you install. You can customize the installer to not only skip the standard registration questions, but also accept the EULA and fill in your organization name automatically. Other options include:
Leverage existing deployments by copying enterprise files and registry configurations.
Modify the registry (via the Registry Editor) and installer tables (via the Direct Editor) directly.
Optimize the behaviour of the installer by setting up silent installation, pre-serialization, reboot options, languages, and so on.
Remove previous versions of Reader and Acrobat.
The wizard allows you to disable online features, such as automatic updates and registration of software. Check the following link to learn how:
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/online.html
You can even disable the welcome screen, using the following registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown]
"bToggleFTE"=dword:00000001
Disable welcome screen: 1 disables the welcome screen in the corresponding product.

Hi gkago,
For users in your organization to be able to use their corporate credentials to access Adobe software, you will need to configure and enable Single Sign-On (SSO). This enables users to use a single credential to access Adobe desktop apps, services, and mobile apps.
Start with creating a directory selecting Federated ID authentication, and then configure SSO for the directory.
