When I use the edit with feature in Apple Photos for Mac to bring a photo into Photoshop for editing I start with an apple RAW format photo and in Photoshop it reduces it to a JPG Is there a setting so it will go over as a TIFF or a DNG? thanks

Thanks Kevin. I added my comment to that thread It is weird that it can work for Apple ProRaw shot before yesterday but yesterday I shot ProRaw AND Night Mode and that is the photo set causing the error.

Using Edit with Photoshop from Apple Photos to Photoshop I get this:"The embedded ICC profile can not be used because the ICC profile is invalid. Ignoring the profile" I have always been able to right click Apple RAW files in Photos for Mac and edit with Photoshop. Running Photoshop 25.3 today I got the error message box and had to click OK. Anyone else seeing this and anyone have a solution? I am running sRGB from Adobe as the display setting on my Mac thanks in advance for any help

It's easy to right click on a photo in apple's photo app and edit the photo in photoshop. My problem/question relates to saving the image after editing in photoshop. All I want to do is save the edits I made in PS so they reflect back in photos. Can anyone advise? If I click safe I need to choose a file format and the adjustments don't always reflect back in photos any advice welcome thanks
