Goodboyga, I think I tracked down the permissions you will need to modify. This solution is detailed within Install log error "License store does not allow writing" | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\. Right-click the SLStore folder and choose Properties. Deselect the Read-Only checkbox. Launch the Creative Suite 5 application. By giving read/write access to this location it should resolve the licensing error. I would actually recommend at least giving read/write permissions to the parent folder Adobe and then replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object. You might even want to consider doing the same step for the Application Data folder as Adobe is not the only application which will be utilizing this folder. If you are running into additional issues though I would still advise starting with a default Standard user account level of permissions. You can then restrict access as needed while still verifying the Adobe applications function properly.

SportsHER I would go ahead and install Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator. Acrobat is the application which would be the most incompatible from that time period. It may work it may not but feel free to respond back with your results and I can certainly look into any errors you end up running into. In regards to upgrade pricing it will depend on which suite you are looking for. You can locate additional details at http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite.html?promoid=ITXQM.

Are you also trying to use custom rights for the user group you are assigning the user too? You might try creating a new default standard user account group and try assigning them to that group to see if you have better success?

Just to add to Mylenium's statement if you are having problems installing it might be worthwhile to start from the beginning by reinstalling your OS and then only restoring your documents. You can then run the installation from the installation media. Some of the most difficult issues I have dealt with for installation are caused by trying to restore the software from a backup.

Hidunne, have you tried opening the applications? The error indicated above is actually a non-critical error and just indicates you have an unexpected, i.e. newer version, of Flash player. Please see Error DW050 or DW020 | Installation | Creative Suite 5.5, Flash Professional CS5.5 | Windows for more information.

Google chrome already has it's own version of Flash Player installed. If you are receiving messages about needing an updated version of Flash Player while within Chrome you will need to get an update from there. Otherwise follow Gautham's directions and you can use the latest Flash Player in Internet Explorer, if on Windows, or Safari, if on Mac, and finally within Firefox.

I believe you are receiving the 2343 error since you have now renamed the folders. I would recommend changing the name back and then trying to uninstall by using the Programs and Features option located at Start>Control Panels>Programs & Features. After the uninstall has completed successfully you will then want to rename the folders as solution 1 suggests. If you are continuing to have difficulties then I would recommend you work through solution 2 located in Install log "Exit 6" or "Exit 7" read, write system file errors | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5.

Is it possible you are trying to download and install the Adobe Download Assistant? This is an AIR app and I have found references to a 2032 error with Troubleshoot AIR installation | Windows. In specific this appears to be related to not being able to write to the download location. I would recommend that you try downloading to your desktop and try the installation from there.
