You can also download the trial of Photoshop Elements and enter your serial number. You can find the trial for Photoshop Elements at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=en_us. If this trial does not accept your serial number then you may need to select the Photoshop Elements trial for your region.

Barry you will want to try the document I listed above Installation, launch log errors | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5. You can then reference your specific errors to determine the solutions which will work for your system. Please remember to search for Error and Fatal and that the most recent errors will be at the end of the file. Our support teams are also happy to assist with installation issues for our current products at no charge. They will be happy to look at the log file for you and provide a solution for your specific circumstances.

I would recommend trying a different web browser to see if you experience the same difficulties. Also if you have a software firewall setup you may want to temporarily disable it.

Drobnystudio what version of Photoshop are you trying to install? During the installation process you should be asked for your qualifying serial number. Depending on what version you are installing will depend on the previous version serial number to enter. You certainly will not want to enter the Photoshop 4 serial number as it would not be recognized by any of our recent versions of Photoshop.

Clairecommunicator were you trying to attend an Adobe Connect meeting? If the link is not working you will probably want to contact the meeting host. Also if you are trying to access a Connect meeting on your iPad you would want to utilize the Adobe Connect application for iOS.

You can always copy the downloaded files to a flash drive. Also if you have the physical media you can copy the install files from the install media as well and make them available on your network for example.

It looks like you have a couple different errors. I would recommend reviewing Installation, launch log errors | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5. For example you can look up the error DW036 which is just one of the errors your computer is exhibiting. This error leads you to Install log error "Exit Code: 19" | Creative Suite 5, CS5.5. To find the different error codes you will want to search the log file for Error and Fatal. These are sign posts which help point you to the specific error. Also the most recent errors will be at the end of the log file as it is appended to each time you install.

Krishwar, Mylenium has a point as we certainly have never tested Photoshop 7 with Windows 7. Are you receiving any type of error message when trying to install? What features are you looking for? Perhaps a current version of Photoshop Elements 10 would suite your needs? Photoshop Elements 10 has certainly been tested and works with Windows 7. We also have a free 30 day trial available to see if it has the features you need.
