JPF2011 as Mylenium indicated the error you mentioned does not appear critical. Were you able to still launch the applications succesfully? Please also see Error DW050 or DW020 | Installation | Creative Suite 5.5, Flash Professional CS5.5 | Windows as it has more details regarding this.

I contacted Lenovo and they do not sell the PRO version. It's the serial number that's key. According to Acrobat, my serial number was for the Standard version. No one at Lenovo could explain why the disc label says PRO. Good luck... I ended up upgrading for the multimedia options after all..

Based off your tags it looks like you are trying to install Photoshop Elements 10 is this correct? You can serialize the trial at a later time so you should not need to remove and reinstall after you have received your serial number. The serial number is in the order confirmation e-mail from Adobe Store and in your Adobe account. Sign in to your Adobe account, click My Adobe, and then click My Products. If you purchased the downloaded product from an authorized reseller, contact the reseller for assistance retrieving your serial number.

After you download be sure to save the download to a cd/dvd for future use as these links may not be good forever.

This error indicates a problem between the time set on your local computer and what the activation computer is expecting. sg77777 I would recommend you download a new copy of the ACSM file for your e-book. If you are still having problems then I would recommend contacting the e-book vendor/provider and request that they reset your link.

Logging in should always be voluntary and only required when trying to take advantage of those "free benefits". However, those benefits have been discontinued, which means that there is no reason to log into an account if you don't already have one. So if you are not using any of the gold banner items you should just cancel any attempts to sign in. If you are not selecting any gold banner items, could you post screen shots of what you are seeing exactly?

You can find the 2.7.1 version at Archived Adobe AIR runtime, SDK versions. The next version of AIR available was 3.0 and we are currently on 3.1. Did you have software which is referencing a 2.7.4 version or does 2.7.1 work?

You will still need installation media to install it on a different computer. If it came preloaded on your Dell computer it is unlikely that there is a separate installer which you will be able to use.

Kapstap13 your serial number should be available online since you purchased from Adobe.com directly. Please try the following steps to locate your serial number. Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password. Click My Adobe, and then click My Products Once you have obtained your serial number you should be given the option to enter it when you launch Photoshop Elements.

Drobnystudio what version of Photoshop are you trying to install? During the installation process you should be asked for your qualifying serial number. Depending on what version you are installing will depend on the previous version serial number to enter. You certainly will not want to enter the Photoshop 4 serial number as it would not be recognized by any of our recent versions of Photoshop.
