Bug. Maintain aspect ratio constrain link on the toolbar does not work in cc 2019. * Need to look at this bug also with the constrain link - When you un-check the Maintain aspect ratio constrain link on the toolbar and then use transform it still maintains aspect ratio. . . un-checking the link should disable maintain aspect ratio shouldn't it? Well it doesn't. Also shift key + transform disables Maintain aspect ratio but doesn't correspond with the constrain link on the tool bar.

I've done that Eugenio. . . it's works for the Blend mode issue but not for the crashes in Filter-Render-Lighting Effects. I've wasted valuable time going from one PS v to another. I'm going to stick with v 19.1.6. Thanks anyway.

Hannah Nicollet Hi Hannah, sorry for the ping back, but you've been so helpful and understanding in the past with PS new releases and bugs and I guess I'm reaching out hoping that you could pass the above bugs that I'm experiencing with PS cc v20 to the PS Engineers . I'm grateful I didn't uninstall PS cc v19.1.6 because I was then able to compare behaviours in each app. I'm reading lots of different issues with the newest PS version and I totally understand how busy you must be. I think from this point on that I'm going to continue using PS cc v19.1.6 until the new PS is updated with fixes - at least I can stop tearing my hair out. haha. Warm regards Rosa

I'm just not happy with this version of PS - it's buggy and frustrating.
When using Filter, Render, Lighting Effects PS crashes every single time.
I've also reported on this forum the problems with the Adjustment Layers and using Blend modes. They are not working as they should.
The Constrain Link doesn't work. It's a bug. . . and yes I know that you don't hold Shift to maintain aspect ratio now but when you un-check the Maintain Aspect Ratio constrain link on the toolbar and then use transform it still maintains aspect ratio. . . un-checking the link should disable aspect ratio shouldn't it? The shift key + transform disables aspect ratio but doesn't correspond with the constrain link on the tool bar.

I have both CC 2018 and CC 2019 installed on my Windows 10 System and the adjustment with solid colour using the 'Color' blend mode works correctly in CC 2018 but not in CC 2019. Blending a red or cyan adjustment layer in blend mode 'Color' produces a grey monochrome effect on the image below. Blending adjustment layers in other colours in 'Color' blend mode produces weird colours. I've followed some threads here and have enabled Legacy Compositing and that has rectified the problem in CC 2019. Why though? I don't understand the first thing about Photoshop's compositing engine and why CC 2019 is different so would appreciate it if someone could explain. What is the difference between the legacy and non-legacy compositing? Here's my OS specs Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version 1803 OS build 17134.345 (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs) Operating System: Windows 10 Home, 64-bit DirectX version: 12.0 GPU processor: GeForce GTX 970 Driver version: 372.70 Direct3D API version: 12 Direct3D feature level: 12_1 CUDA Cores: 1664 Core clock: 1215 MHz Memory data rate: 7010 MHz Memory interface: 256-bit Memory bandwidth: 224.32 GB/s Total available graphics memory: 20409 MB Dedicated video memory: 4096 MB GDDR5 System video memory: 0 MB Shared system memory: 16313 MB Video BIOS version: 84.04.36.00.71 IRQ: Not used Bus: PCI Express x16 Gen3 Device ID: 10DE 13C2 29783842 Part Number: G401 0010

Hi Steve, Thanks so much for your help. Wow, I'm glad I'm not a PS engineer! It's more involved than we, the customers realise! I'm just grateful that Adobe employees like yourself and representatives like Hannah are so quick to respond to our issues and queries. So, I guess once Adobe has a fix to get my system running the latest version of the Libraries panel, I will be notified through here? Anyway, if needed down the track, I'm happy to do a screen share. Kind regards Rosa

Hannah, I've gone through the steps in the link above. All that it achieved was to restore my Creative Cloud Libraries folder after deleting it as instructed in the first steps in the above link. I have found the CC Library Panel log files if that could be of help. The only thing I can think of that perhaps coincided with this CC Library problem was the my Malwarebytes updated to a new version. That could be just coincidental though. Thanks Rosa

Oh that makes sense. I'm done with mucking around in my PC. I'm not that confident changing and deleting stuff behind the scenes. I would hate to do something I shouldn't have done. I've just had a message that my Create Cloud App has been updated to the same version I had before. Mmmm. How do get the file from your library from browser into Photoshop on desktop? I've got synced files with CC on my desktop but my Library has a folder with items that were created in Library in Photoshop and I've tried to download from web browser but can only move or copy to another folder.
