@Jeff Arola It's weird for sure. I see the 24.4.1 update but I'm hesitant in updating until I see how it goes. Still would like to see what the major new features advertised for 24.4. (See my photo above).

"Is Nik Collection 1.2.11 (free version for Windows) compatible with Photoshop 2023?" By @MoSavy I have the original Nik collection from Google also and have used it in all the different Photoshop versions. I found that when I copied and placed the plug-ins in this directory they work. - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC (Windows OS) A while ago, Adobe had mentioned that PS Plug-Ins should now be stored in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC and that's where all my Plug-Ins are. I've never had any dramas with any plug-ins when I install new Photoshop versions So, try can copy your Google/Nik folder from C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins\Nik Collection\ to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC and see if that makes a difference.

Yes, I can confirm that this is happening again. Not just with transform tools, but whenever I use Puppet Warp. Also, at times moving objects. The funny thing is, that it doesn't happen all the time. When the handles become sticky, in transform, I usually hold the left mouse button momentarily and the handles become unstuck, if this makes sense. With Puppet Warp I have to delete the point. With moving objects and they become sticky, I usually go back a step and then retry moving the object. @jkborys @davescm I'm waiting for the update 24.1.1 to come through as well. I've manually pushed for the update. Restarted the Adoble Cloud App, restarted my machine and still nothing. Hopefully it will come through for us soon.

@davescm "It looks like the update is rolling in phases. My PC has it, my daughters does not. It did appear in her update list in the CC app along with an update to 23.5.3. She took 23.5.3 first - then 24.1.1 was no longer there! I've only an update for 24.1 which is already installed on my PC. Not sure what is happening here. I've refreshed the update and still only shows an update for 24.1 not 24.1.1

@Calvin21914323wi10 Just Google how to make Collage Art with Photoshop and you'll get some amazing results. I found this one for beginners https://makeitcenter.adobe.com/en/blog/how-to-make-a-digital-collage.html Also, the artwork shown is by Catrin Welz-Stein. Study her work and get an idea of the collage pieces she uses. https://www.artisticmoods.com/interview-catrin-welz-stein/

@kdoggdracul I think it's a good idea to raise it as a Bug Report. I've just been reading this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/maximum-number-of-brushes/td-p/9402569

@c.pfaffenbichler No, the brushes folder is empty in my \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Presets\Brushes. Ever since I had PS CC (after CS6) I always saved my extra brushes in another location as I was told years ago that having too many brushes loaded could slow PS performance. This is really interesting.

@c.pfaffenbichler I have a Windows OS and I don't have any other brushes but the default brushes in my C:Program Files\Adobe\AdobePhotoshop 2023\Presets\Brushes folder. Even though I've saved my 'other brushes' in another location on my hard drive, I still have those 'other brushes' available from the Brushes Panel's flyout menu as well as the default brushes. 🙂

@kdoggdracul I have the same problem. I'm also a digital painter and if my Brushes.psp file is larger than 2Gb, I lose them when Photoshop launches. I actually save my brushes in another location on my hard drive so that when this happens, I can reload my brushes easily. So, this is what I do. I save all my original brushes in another location. To make my Brushes.psp size smaller, I open the original brushes open in Photoshop, I delete the brushes out of sets that I don't use and then save those brushes as new abr. and name them accordingly. This has saved me heaps of space in the Brushes.psp file. I had brushes over 2Gb and now after deleting brushes that I didn't use much I was able to get my brushes to 1.5Gb. I've always saved my brushes at another location on my hard drive rather than in the Photoshop directory. I hope this makes sense and that it helps you.

@chrisell99 . . ."I don't like that my separate post was merged into this one - I separated a new post deliberately to try to draw attention . . ." I did the same. I created a new post to draw attention as I thought the older post and bug was resolved with an update 23.1 something. I was disappointed to find that it was merged with this one. There are so many unnecessary comments that I feel the genuine comments re this bug will get buried. Here:
