Hi Carol, the coresync log file will potentially provide us with useful information as to why you're having these issues. You can find the coresync log in the location below: Log file Location - Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-yyyy-mm-dd.log (On Mac, you need to use the Go To Folder option from the Go option in Finder (menu at the top). Then in the pop up enter: /users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/ Then select go, this will take you to the folder containing the .log files. Please note, for username, enter the relevant username on Mac. As I mentioned in my email to you, if you are having problems finding the log file, can set up a Connect session.
