I have a few more questions for you: - Could you confirm the version of the Creative Cloud app you have installed from the preferences? - You mentioned you are on a PC, but I was curious what version? Windows 10, Windows 7, etc. - Was it working before? Does this issue seems related to anything you're aware of, installing the latest update, etc.? - Just to ensure I understand, what process did you go through to reinstall?
