Hi Mao, Thanks for providing all the details on this issue. What type of media files are you using? What is the source of these files and where they are located? Is your Windows 10 up to date? (There are lot of issues reported with the anniversary update) Try rolling back the Nvidia driver and check if that makes any difference. 3.) Then I tried uninstalling Premiere Pro CC 2015.4, restarted and install Premiere Pro CC 2015.2 and Premiere Pro CC 2014. Because I save my project file in 2015.4 format, it won't open in the earlier version. So I decided to open a new project and import a video and audio file. The playback on 2015.2 is the same as 2015.4 and 2014 playback seems to stutter even more. I thought maybe the new update didn't install properly so I updated 2015.2 back to 2015.4 to see whether it works. Still no luck with 2014.4. Please check if 2015.3 is also causing the same issue. Please close all the Adobe applications. Go to the following locations: C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Adobe C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe In all the locations, rename the 'Adobe' folder to 'OldAdobe' Launch Premiere, accept the License Agreement and see if it works.
