Troubleshooting over a thread can be tricky. I'd love to see you get this issue resoled quickly. Sorry if some of my replies have been delayed - things are a bit crazy pre-NAB and post ship. Have you tried Adobe support?  Are you open to giving this a shot? Did you manually find your media cache folders and delete them in full? Plexus shouldn't be an issue. Did you work with VR footage / Insta 360?  Did anything else change over the weekend / Monday, etc? What version of Premiere Pro are you using? If you used Interpret Footage to change frame rate on source media, these settings are not supported by our automatic proxy creation. It sounds like this is part of the issue.  When exporting, Premiere Pro does not reference the proxy media - it uses the original source media. Have you changed the layout of Monitor 1 vs 2 in the Nvidia display settings for example? If so, were there changes or events that may have occurred? 2 - How large is your main timeline (the one you used Export Selected as Project on) 3 - I understand you need centralized storage. With that said, have you done any comparisons with local SSD? Hello, When you tried to re-install, did you remove preferences while uninstalling your "older" install? There could be an issue here where for some reason the previously set export location is either unavailable, not accessible or there could possibly be a permissions issue. Are there other apps you can test with that GPU?  This is definitely a highly abnormal strange issue and I have not heard of a similar issue where Premiere Pro would cause a blue screen like this. I'm assuming you updated to Intel GPU driver x.100.6444 or later, correct? Some have needed to change one setting after updating to the new Nvidia DCH driver. Premiere Pro requires updated GPU drivers in order to support new forms of hardware acceleration including hardware accelerated decoding. Both GPU drivers should be verified as the latest versions. Most importantly, please doublecheck the Intel driver. Premiere requires Intel GPU driver version x.100.6444 or later.
