Is this happening with all the new documents that you receiving from your client. Check what is the document producer. Open the document in Reader the one is opening. Click on File> Properties. Check General tab of the windows which pops up and check the highlighted areas in screen shot. And tell your client to check for the same which are corrupted at your end. Hi, Try following steps: 1. If your documents are stored on shared drive, try to copy them locally and then try to print. 2. If that is a network printer try update printer drivers. Also try updating Reader. If problem persist, mention your Reader version installed. 3. Check your network speed if this is network printer. 4. Is it Reader /Acrobat and what is current version installed. If you have Reader XI. The moment you open the PDF document Reader/Acrobat check for damage and tries to fix to some extent.
