Marshall_Brooks: Found it!!! There is a font called Symbol - not sure if it is native to FM or not. Capital D in that is Delta !!!! Don't do it that way. It will not flow reliably to all outputs (esp. HTML). That method relies on the final display/print client being able to perform a codepage font glyph substitution. Instead, use native Unicode: Δ U+0394 GREEK CAPITAL LETTER DELTA or ∆ U+2206 INCREMENT depending on the context. Most fonts populate one or the other. This is \u0394 or \u2206 markup in FM dialogs. I don't immediately know the Windows shortcuts for these. You can add a separate text frame to the Master Page(s), with a Flow letter different than "A", perhaps "Flow P". It could be 1 line high. The text in it would just be an auto-numbered paragraph, perhaps of stylename FilePage, with an AN Definition of <n+>, with Next Para set to FilePage. It may not be necessary to have a separate <n=1> variant. As content pages are created/added, just hit [Return] in the little text frame to have a number appear. This content can be visible or not in the final work, using Color Views or Conditional Text. The number can be Cross-Referenced as needed for in-line mention or hyperptext. It's a bit hacky, but seems to work. Hitting [Return] in that text frame can crate new empty pages. Where unwanted, just backspace them out & save. ... View more

With that settled, or in parallel with that, if this is the numbering of the Table Title, that's usually controlled by a Paragraph Format of that name (or similar), and it's not uncommon to have two variants of it, such as: TableTitle with a /Numbering\ property of perhaps: T:<n+>.\t and TableTitle=1 with a /Numbering\ property of perhaps: T:<n=1>.\t Any stray instances of TableTitle=1 are going to reset the numbering from that point forward. ... If I had a similar requirement, with less than a couple of dozen such pages, I'd be tempted to implement them as separate Master Pages. Each MP would contain a specific full-page image (background or foreground, depending on Body page content requirements). If, as is usually the case, the caption needs to be centered under the now-non-centered image, changing the alignment of the paragpah hosting the Anchored⊥Frame is likely to break that. A common work-around is to put the imports in a borderless 2-row table, with the image in the upper row, and the caption in the lower.
