command-R is cRop because command-C is Copy. I've never pursued remapping keys or shortcuts for fear of breaking something that's not broken. The shortcut in Camera Raw 17.1 in ACR and Ps>Filter>Camera Raw filter is the 'M' key. Two of the settings gear checkboxes involved in hover ☐ Show layer bounds on hover ☐ Show bounding box from layer don't work as expected. You state that the former (before what? update?) behavior was - Show bounding box only while transforming - No bounding box when not transforming If I uncheck those boxes, I do get that behavior when the layer is not selected.
