Hi, thanks for reaching out! I'm able to see the lock screen widget on iPhone 13 running iOS 18.2 and Lightroom mobile version 10.1.1. Could you check the iOS version you're working on and the Lightroom version?

Meanwhile, try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Camera Raw by going to the Photoshop menu, then Settings, and then Camera Raw. From the Camera Raw Preferences, select Performance and select Custom from the dropdown, then uncheck both options to Use GPU (see attached screenshot).

Hi, we're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop crashing while trying to print!
Please try reinstalling the drivers for your printer directly from the manufacturer's website. Also, update Photoshop to the latest version (26.2).
If you continue to experience the same behavior, try pressing and holding the Spacebar on your keyboard when you click on Print.

Hi Andy, thanks for getting back and we're glad that things are working properly now.
As mentioned in the previous message, the Creative Cloud desktop app works in the background to ensure that the apps are licensed. If it is not working properly for any reason, the Adobe Genuine service may pop up as it's not able to identify if you're running a legitimate copy of the application or not.

Hi, sorry about the trouble caused by the pop-up! The Creative Cloud desktop app is responsible for ensuring that the applications installed on your computer are licensed. Can you check if the Creative Cloud app is installed on your computer and working properly? Also, try signing out of the app and signing back in to see if that helps.
