Hi javlaw, Please let us know the dot version of adobe application and OS installed on your system. Also share the Microsoft office version you are using. You can create PDF either using "Save as Adobe PDF" under File menu or you can click "Create PDF" in Acrobat ribbon in word. Regards, Meenakshi

Hi DaleGDavis, Please check the compatibility of Microsoft Outlook with Acrobat. Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications, Adobe Acrobat If you see an option " Select messages" on toolbar, click it and check if you find option to create PDF.
