Hi @ideasmithlfs , Sorry you are experiencing this issue. Do you see this issue in the preview window too? Also have you tried tried disabling the following before exporting? Preferences -> Performance -> Multithreaded Compositing Preferences -> Performance -> (Graphics Processing) Advanced Options ... -> GPU Compositing Please let me know if this either way helps or not. Are you saying the Preview.app can't open your PSD file? You're welcome to share the corrupted PSD. I don't know how much insight my team or I can provide, but doesn't hurt to share if that's okay.

It gets updated after each release, so please do bookmark it. And yes, going from 9MB to 7MB sounds wild. And thanks for sharing your steps. It does sound like the 979MB PSD file was corrupted in some manner. By any chance, was there any other app/program which opened or edited this PSD file? -Andrew
