Is anything else still in the works? Using a 4K screen, the cursors are still very hard to see at times. There is now a Brush Tip Outline setting but what we really need is a cursor scale option. Hello, I have the exact same problem with my cursor disappearing with each strokes of my paint tools.   When I use "F" or "Tab" to show photoshop in fullscreen modes, the issue is still here, but not at each strokes, and if I don't paint too quickly, it does not have any issues.   When I come back to the photoshop's normal appearance, i found that when I hide some panels, the ones that requires photoshop to update/refresh the UI at each strokes (specifically histogram panel), the issue is less present. It's like there is a connection between the refresh of the UI, and the refresh of the cursor. And if the UI is "slow" to be refreshed, then the cursor too.   When I activate the tiny cursor display (capslock key activated), the cursor doesn't disappear as it does when the cursor has his normal display (capslock key deactivated).   In the Preferences > Cursors, when i tick "show only crosshair while painting", the issue is less present too. I am also suffering from this bug.   The current latest version v25.91 still has no fix. This bug occurs on a daily basis. But it occurs more frequently, especially immediately after using a layer mask. Still not fixed. Engineering should have a harder look perhaps?   I constantly switch between brush (B) and marguee select (M) when drawing, and quite often I accidentally hit the comma key (<), changing the brush to something else. So, upon realizing I'm drawing bizarre stuff, I must hit undo, change the brush back, and repeat the process.   This is really, really annoying and time-consuming.   Please make the brush settings panel respect the fact that I've cleared the prev/next brush shortcuts in the app settings. ... I have version 25.7.0 and I'm also experiencing this bug. I tried unchecking "Use Windows Ink" for Photoshop and immediately the problem was solved - accurate selections with the magic wand tool without any phantom movements. I wanted to follow up on the slow Curves issue. Despite the recent update 25.3.1 on MAC, the problem of significant lag when adjusting layer masks, which I frequently do in my editing process, remains unresolved. For a clearer understanding, I'm sharing two videos here demonstrating the issue with the most current version of Photoshop with panels On and OFF.   To troubleshoot this further, I discovered that the Curves function without lag when I hide all panels using the TAB key.   This led me to test each panel separately to identify if a specific one was causing the lag. It appears that the Info panel is the root of the problem. Adjusting various modes and status information settings within this panel did not resolve the lag.   However, collapsing the panel did improve the situation.   I wanted to share these findings with the community and the support team, hoping it might assist in narrowing down and addressing the issue more effectively.
