I have an NVIDIA Quadro P620 2GB on my work PC and Photoshop 22.4 doesn't recognise that, tried the GPUForce 1 as suggested by @davescm and Photoshop just crashes when I try to go into the preferences, so the 2GB PNY NVIDIA Quadro P400 might not be a good option to go for.

Hi Try going to Preferences > Technology Previews, and check the item Deactivate Native Canvas, then restart Photoshop.

Try this, Close Photoshop, create a text file with Windows notepad on your desktop and add the following 2 lines # Force GPU On GPUForce 1 Save the file as PSUSerConfig.txt It should look like this Copy the file to this location C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings To access the appdata folder just type %appdata% into the file explorer address bar

That may be the case but this forum is not monitored by Adobe engineers, so the best course of action is to report it on the feedback forum and add to the thread using the link I posted
