"NVIDIA GT 650M 1GB OpenGL" Photoshop version 22 requires a GPU with a minimum of 2GB of VRAM, your GPU on has 1GB and was released in 2012 That been said Adobe have just released version 22.4 which is meant to address issues with GPU although that may and may not help with the card you have https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

Hi There is no updates available for Photoshop Elements 11 to make it run with Big Sur it's simply not compatible with that version of OS, the only options you have is to either upgrade to the most recent version of Photoshop Elements or revert the OS to a version that it was working on

Hi There are issues with Photoshop version 22.3.1 not recognising some GPU's, Adobe is currently working on a fix https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/photoshop/ps-cant-detect-gpu/607682f11c425363485a1bcc https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/photoshop/photoshop-2231-says-unknown-gpu/6075e3c5cb20553365ac32cd That been said, your GPU was released in 2012 and the system GPU requirements for Photoshop version 22 have changed, so the update may or may not address the issue you have. You could try reverting to version 22.1.1

Hi There seems to be a lot of people experiencing issues with version 22.3.1 Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences If that doesn't help try reverting back to version 22.3 from the Creative Cloud app

Hi I assume you're using Photoshop version 22.3.1, if so Adobe broke it with that update https://feedback.photoshop.com/conversations/photoshop/ps-2231-perspective-warp-is-broken/6078720acb20553365ac4e59 You could try reverting back to version 22.3 if you are indeed on version 22.3.1, I can replicate the issue here with version 22.3.1

Hi How much free space do you have on your system drive, Photoshop requires space for the scratch disk, if you're on Windows it will be the C drive and for the MAC I think it's the startup disk.

I can only assume you didn't purchase it directly from Adobe as I mentioned Adobe haven't sold CS6 for some time, it's possible that you where sold what's called a volume license for Creative Suite 6 which is not meant to be resold to individuals.
