Sorry about the browser support message, sounds like you have a version that should work. Were you using an incognito browser tab I wonder?
If you still have this error with Chrome 100, try pulling down a log file and sharing that with us:
Google Chrome:
Open the top-right Chrome menu, then in More Tools find and select Developer Tools.
In the Developer Tools that show on the right, click the Console tab at the top.
Right-click within the Console panel and choose Save As…
Save the .log file on your computer so you can share it.
Share that over and we'll pass it on to the team for investigation.
Regards,
Pete

Is this occurring with all brushes, or only specific brushes? Which symmetry setting are you using? Can you post a screen recording showing the entire application window of the issue occurring?

@SpencerBenjamin that's great to hear! Could your machine have rebooted over night? Or perhaps an app/program quit/exited the next day?

Note: It is incredibly frustrating how easily "reset your preferences" is thrown around as the first solution without telling the user to first back up all of his preferences first.... I appreciate the help! Stop telling people to reset their preferences without explaining they need to back up first. Thanks!
I agree and thank you for mentioning it, as we should all remember to do this. I will note that two of the three responders did not do this.
The first responder said to try a relaunch and asked for System Info.
The third responder told you how to keep a copy of your old preferences file so it could be restored if it was not the answer.
I'm glad you found the solution, and thank you for sharing it, as it will be useful to others who search.

First, let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale Photoshop setting somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
If not, it's some sort of permissions corruption or setting file outside our preferences. It's a needle in a haystack problem outside of software - and moving to a new user account to cleanup is probably faster than trying to track it down.

Hi @GrowCreatively, thanks for the questions.
Ps on the web does shift much of the heavy lifting to the browser.
Here is a link to the current system requirements for Ps on the web: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements-web.html
As to what is the roadmap for Premiere and Rush is, we are not aware of this and we would suggest posting or viewing their foums.

Hi @Andreas24294169mcdj, thanks for sharing your font issue. Is it possible these are type-1 fonts? These type of fonts are no longer supported. Please let us know if that is the case and you may also read more about unsupported fonts here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-missing-type-1-fonts-after-photoshop-23-0-update/idi-p/12480988

Hi @Arbroath,
Here is the section on 3D in Photoshop that should answer your questions as to what is still possible and the timeline for 360degree moving forward. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/3d-faq.html#use-3D-in-Photoshop One option from this helpx:
"We recommend using Photoshop 22.2 if you continue to need access to Photoshop 3D features. That version will remain accessible to you in the Creative Cloud Desktop application for installation for up to two years from August 2021 (however, the operating system requirements for 22.2 will remain as they were in February 2021 when it was originally released). "

Hi Karim,
Can you try installing the latest beta build and see if you still have this Import issue? Just updated to the latest for me and haven't been able to reproduce this one on an M1 Macbook.
If you still see it, can you provide a screenshot of the entire Photoshop interface showing the issue?
Regards,
Pete

Hi @franzipol ,
If the sys info hangs, that usually refers to a GPU issue, try:
Quit Photoshop
Navigate to Photoshop's Preferences folder.
Windows: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
Look for a file called sniffer-out.txt
Post the text from that file in a reply here.

Hi, @CShubert and @Andrew Sender Photoshop crashed for a while and shut down without a message or pop-up. Crashes occurred with every .jpg file, right after the first use of each tool. I haven't tested the .psd files. AdobeCrashReporter could not work with these crashes. For this reason, I have no data on these failures. Right now, upgrading to 23.3.1 has made PS working perfectly and GPU compositing is back on. It's possible to roll back to version 23.3.0 and investigate further, but I'm not sure it will yield new data if AdobeCrashReporter wasn't catching the data.

I am seeing the same banding issue and am checking with enginerring. For the UI issue:
Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale setting somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
