Yes it looks like the latest beta update is preventing adjustment layer modal windows from opening. I have a script to use the modal window instead of the layers panel and it work in the latest stable release but not the beta. Can we roll back to the previous beta somehow? ... View more

This is still a problem and it comes from the Generative Expand feature in firefly itself... Sadly, i can't use Firefly's brilliant API until this is fixed or brought to a better state. It seems that Adobe is trying to create a soft mask to make the transition between the generated content and the original less obvious but the colour difference is still there. Freeing up more space has not helped. Here's my current Scract Disks info: The problem with PhotoShop locking up happens in both regular PhotoShop (26.3.0) and Beta (26.4.0). So far today, both versions have locked up when working on relatively small files (less than 50MB). Most recently, I was making an extensive selection, and the app froze after about 30 minutes. Upon relaunch, no recovered files were opened. I regularly update both the standard version and beta version. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. If I delete the frame and create a new one, it seems to be working.   For some reason the original frame won't display anything even if I remove the image and try adding a new one. Resetting the preferences didn't help either. I'm happy to share the project file, if you would like.   Either way, thanks for looking into it.
