Having the same problem and have rolled back to v26.0.     My specific problem was, a layer with an image, above that a color fill layer, and above that another color fill layer.  Both color fill layers set to "color", and both clipped to the image layer.   I wanted to apply a gradient to the mask in the uppermost (orange) color fill layer.  Version 26.0 allows me to do that, but version 26.1 and 26.2 come back with "can't complete because of a program error".   However, 26.2 does allow me to apply a gradient to the mask in the lower (blue) color fill layer.  Seems like the problem is something to do with more than one layer stacked on top of another. ... Hey y'all.  It has been very hard to repro this internally here at Adobe. There are so many variables. We did implement a lot of mouseUp/Stylus tracking fixes over the past number of releases so it sounds like there's been some success.  Just recently we had a customer provide us with an excellent video with exact steps required to repro a related cursor flicker issue and we were able to fix it, which will be in the next release. Confirming 1.5 years later the same problem the jpeg neural filter doesn't use gpu. I checked gpu usage with nvidia app on 4070 card and yet cpu usage is high 80-90%. Odd the photo restoration filter does use a gpu. By @chris_8240   It's not a "problem" - the filter just wasn't written to use the GPU. Thanks for your post!! I had just upgraded to PS 26.3.0 and the Command key and the Spacebar stopped working on my keyboard and on my ExpressKey Remote. I quit out of Chrome and they started working again. I then reopened Chrome and now everything seems to be working okay. I don't know how you figured this one out but so glad you did! ... View more
