30,000 x 30,000--- the ram size is dictated by your system ram and scratch disk size.

Temp files created on the scratch disk can become huge, really quick: just download your attachements created a temp file on my scratch disk over over 1 GB. Please post a screenshot (please not as an attachment) of the enitre program once you do this:

You don't move "the image box" in the print preview. The size and location of the "box" is dependent up whatever you are telling your printer to do.

GO HERE AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT if you dont have one already. Adobe Account set it up, login into it. Then open the editor. You're wasting time with all the uninstalls / reinstalls, please stop doing that. have you manually turned off any background processes, or have you run a utility that "stops unwanted programs"?

72 or 96 ppi is fine for online, zero reason to use 300 dpi images for a website, unless it's phtography related. The thumbnails The thubnail images are way too big for their use: 908 x 422 (may 402?) is way too big for the thumbails on this page. I viewed the page source to get that info. I looked at the page source for some of your other porduct pages as well- same story there: fore the purpose they are being used your thumbnails are generally too big-- you could easily reduce their size by 50% and they would dispaly fine.

Do you recall how much you paid for it? If it was about ($29 U.S.)- that's your problem- it's all illeagle copy. If it's an "offical copy" bought from adobe, it will be in your adobe account, does it show up there?

When you resize your canvas using the cropping tool it fills i nthe new canvas with your background color. I just select the cropping tool, and drag it around the entire image- then adust the canvas size.

Sorry about that- it is the "magic eraser"-- which seems silly to me, I've always calelod it "smart". Yor stroke needs to be a different color than the elllipse.

Shapes, like the ellipse is a smart object / vector / until you simplify the layer. Simplify it (right mouse click o nit's layer i nthe layer panel), then add your stroke, then delete the inside with the magic eraser.

Are you certain that you are saving it the default brush set? it's easy to save a brush- in the wrong brush set. Without naming a new brush set, it gets saved into whatever brush set you last used.

I hold a shift key down when zoomed in great than 100% to move the image around, I can't even think of the last time I actually clicked on the hand / move icon.---works well for me.

PSE 13 won't work with big sur (well it sorta works, here and there, bits and pieces if it does function at all)-- It's like driving a car where the brakes work sometimes, and soometimes you can start the car, but mostly nope. you gotta have pse 2021.

That's a "your printer" thing. PSE does what you tell it to, based upon what your printer settings are. For my printer, when I choose header footer print settings I can chage the date format to be either ddmmyy or mmddyy.

distortions with images is quite common when they are not viewed at 100%-- partuculalry with textures. Zoom in to 100% with the images, willing to bet bet the lines disappear.

The text for each room wood have to be on separate layers so they would not get flipped. Since jpg's can't handle layer info.... If I were doing thing I'd flip the layout and add the labels inse after the flip. I jist covered them up with a white box, flattened al lthe resultng layers and flipped that.
