Welcome to the Community! Thanks for reaching out. Let's try to fix this.
Which version of Bridge are you using? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
If not done yet, try resetting Bridge preferences. To do this, go to Edit (Windows) or Adobe Bridge (Mac) > Preferences > Reset Preferences on Quit. This will reset the preferences to their default settings. Restart Adobe Bridge and see if the thumbnail size and fullscreen view work properly.
Make sure the thumbnail size settings are configured correctly in Adobe Bridge. Go to the View menu in the Content panel and select Thumbnail Size. Choose an appropriate size option to ensure the thumbnails are displayed as desired.

Hi @Robmacmillan
I empathize with your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Let's work together to identify the problem and find a resolution.
Did this start happening after you updated the application? Can you please show us how the app screen looks?
Along with what @Derek Cross said, you can try running Photoshop as an administrator. Right-click on the Photoshop shortcut or executable file and select "Run as administrator." This can help overcome permission-related issues that might prevent Photoshop from running correctly.
As you don't get the option to go to preferences, please try the manual method and reset your Photoshop preferences to defaults. Hold down the Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Windows) keys to reset preferences immediately after launching Photoshop. A dialog box will appear, asking if you want to delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file. Confirm and let Photoshop launch with default preferences. Please back up your assets before trying this.
Let us know how it goes,

Hi @erika25051031lgzs
Welcome to the community! We can imagine how inconvenient it must be for you to encounter these issues. I'll do my best to assist you in resolving it.
If Lightroom is consistently closing immediately after launching or when clicking on an option without displaying an error window, it can be challenging to pinpoint the exact cause without additional information. Please share the following details:
Which version of the application are you using? Please share the exact error message or screenshot. How much storage do you have on your system?
Ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for running Lightroom. Insufficient system resources, such as low RAM or hard drive space, can contribute to instability and crashes. Check Adobe's website for the specific system requirements for your version of Lightroom. (Check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/system-requirements.html)

Hi @johnk49665372
I can imagine how inconvenient it must be for you to encounter crash issues. I'll do my best to assist you in resolving them.
Which version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? What is the file format?
Please ensure you have installed the latest printer drivers for your specific printer model. Visit the printer manufacturer's website to download and install the most up-to-date drivers. Outdated or incompatible printer drivers can sometimes cause crashes when printing from Photoshop.
If the issue persists, you may try resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Here's the article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/3ceal5t.
Also, back up the existing Photoshop preferences if you have any custom brushes, action, and workspace: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG.

Hi Serge,
I understand that encountering problems with the software can be discouraging. Let's try to fix this.
Which version of Photoshop Elements and operating system are you using? Do you encounter any error messages? Would you mind sharing your workflow (Or check and confirm if you are doing it in this way https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/photomerge-compose-extract-object.html)?
Close any unnecessary applications or processes running in the background. This can help free up system resources and prevent conflicts that might be causing Photoshop Elements to close unexpectedly.
Reset Preferences: Resetting the preferences of Photoshop Elements can sometimes resolve issues. Hold down the Shift+Option+Command (macOS) keys immediately after launching Photoshop Elements. A dialog box will appear, asking if you want to delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements Settings file. Confirm and let Photoshop Elements launch with default preferences.
Let us know if that helps.

Hi @manuhsu
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with the software. Let's work together to find a solution.
Does this happen with all the images or specific file formats? Since when are you noticing this? Did this start happening after any update?
Go to Photoshop's Preferences by clicking on Photoshop in the menu bar and selecting "Preferences" > "Performance." Under the "Graphics Processor Settings," try toggling the "Use Graphics Processor" option off. Restart the app.
If the issue persists with a specific image or selection, test the "Select and Mask" feature with different images or selections. This can help determine if the problem is related to the specific content you're working with.

HI @defaultly7saaa54nah
I understand that encountering problems with the software can be discouraging. I'm committed to assisting you and getting things back on track.
Which version of Windows and Photoshop have you installed? Are your graphics drivers up to date?
Ensure you have the latest graphics card drivers installed on your Windows computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause display issues in applications like Photoshop. Visit the website of your graphics card manufacturer to download and install the latest drivers for your specific card model.
Go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas," Does that help?
Sometimes, graphics processing unit (GPU) acceleration can cause display issues in Photoshop. Try turning off GPU acceleration in Photoshop by going to Preferences > Performance and unchecking the "Use Graphics Processor" option. Restart Photoshop and see if the glitches persist.

Hi @Silia30620145lxp9
Welcome to the community!
I understand it's frustrating to encounter problems while using the application. Rest assured; I'm here to listen and help you troubleshoot the issue.
Which version of Lightroom Mobile and Android are you using? How much free storage space do you have? Is this happening with a particular file format?
Ensure that Lightroom has the necessary permissions to access your device's gallery. Go to your Android device's Settings > Apps > Lightroom > Permissions, and make sure the "Storage" permission is enabled.
Also, try clearing the cache in Lightroom, go to the app settings, and look for the option to clear cache or temporary files. Clearing the cache can help resolve any issues related to temporary data stored by the app.
If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Lightroom app on your Android device. This can help resolve any software-related issues or corrupted files causing the problem. Before reinstalling, make sure to back up any important photos or presets.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi @Disney Fernando
That sounds like a difficult situation. Thanks for reaching out.
If you're encountering error code 183 while trying to install Photoshop 24.5, it typically indicates a problem with the Windows Installer service on your computer.
Which version of Windows are you using? Do you have antivirus or firewall software running on your computer?
Right-click on the Photoshop installer file and select "Run as administrator." This ensures that the installation process has the necessary permissions to make changes to your system.
If the issue persists, here are a few steps you can take try: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/fix-error-183.html

Hi @Bjarnetel
I appreciate you sharing your experience with me. Let's try to fix this.
Which version of Lightroom have you installed? Do you use multiple apps at the same time?
Running multiple applications and background processes simultaneously can consume system resources and slow down Lightroom.
Lightroom catalogs can become significant over time, which can impact performance. Regularly optimize your Lightroom catalog by going to "File" > "Optimize Catalog" to remove unnecessary data and improve performance.
The M1 Max chip in your MacBook Pro is powerful and supports GPU acceleration. In Lightroom, go to "Preferences" > "Performance" and ensure that the "Use Graphics Processor" option is enabled. This can significantly improve performance, especially during tasks that require intensive image processing.
Let us know if this makes any difference.

Which version of Adobe Bridge have you installed? Have you tried reinstalling the application?
If you're encountering an issue with the Photo Downloader in Adobe Bridge and receiving an error message stating that MSVCP100.dll is missing, it suggests a problem with a required system file.
Please install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. The missing MSVCP100.dll file is related to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. You can download and install the appropriate version of the package from the official Microsoft website. Select the version that matches your operating system (32-bit or 64-bit).

Hi @Dino305880741h8c
Thanks for reaching out; I'll do my best to assist you.
Which version of Photoshop are you using? Do you want to automate saving images as JPEG or batch-save images to JPEG?
In Adobe Photoshop, you can automate the process of saving images as JPEG files using the "Export As" or "Save for Web" features. Here's how you can set up an automatic process to save images as JPEG in Photoshop:
Open your image in Photoshop.
Go to "File" > "Export" > "Export As" or "Save for Web".
Configure the settings for JPEG export in the "Export As" or "Save for Web" dialog box. Set the desired image quality, resolution, and other parameters according to your needs.
Choose the destination folder where you want the JPEG files to be saved.
Once you have configured the settings, click on the "Save" or "Export" button.
In the dialog box that appears, choose a file name and select the file format as "JPEG". Click "Save" or "Export".
The image will now be saved as a JPEG file with the specified settings in the designated folder.
Try this, and let us know if that works!

Hi @Paveni_arq
Welcome to our community; let me help you with this.
Adobe Portfolio is typically included as part of an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, specifically the Creative Cloud Photography or All Apps plan. If you cancel your subscription, you may lose access to Adobe Portfolio, depending on the terms of your subscription and any specific offerings at the time of cancellation.
Your Portfolio website is included with your paid subscription. Adobe Portfolio is a premium feature, so if you cancel your paid membership and return to the free level of Creative Cloud, your site will remain online for two weeks after the cancellation. After two weeks, your site will come down/offline but can still be accessed through your Editor anytime.

Please help us with your system specifications. Do you see this behavior with all documents? Have you tried reinstalling the application?
The Magic Eraser tool is designed to remove pixels of a similar color within a specified tolerance range. However, it doesn't offer the same level of control as other eraser tools in choosing the area to erase or adjusting the eraser's diameter.
Suppose you need more precise control over the areas to be erased or want to adjust the eraser's diameter. In that case, I recommend using a different tool, such as the regular Eraser tool or the Background Eraser tool, both of which provide more flexibility and control.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Could you please share the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share with us?
What settings are you using to export the file?
Ensure that your document's color space is set correctly before exporting. Go to "Edit" > "Color Settings" and make sure the color space is set to the appropriate profile, such as sRGB, for web use. Also, if your image contains transparency and you're viewing it on a platform or software that doesn't support transparency, the picture may appear color-washed out. Check if the background behind your image is affecting the perceived colors.

Hi @Juanita M22462745z6dj
Thanks for reaching out; we will help you with this.
How are you saving the files? What is the file format?
If you have Photoshop Layers, and you remove or delete the background so that it is transparent --- it will stay transparent in the PSD file, but if you try to export to export it for the web, you might see a WHITE background for GIF, PNG, and JPEG.
If the PNG is not showing transparent in Photoshop, go to the Properties panel (if it's not open, you can go to Window > Properties), and under the Artboard background color, change the dropdown menu to Transparent.
Let us know if that answers the question.
