Hi there,
Sorry about the trouble with Photoshop.
What is your Photoshop version? Which operating system you are using? What fonts are we referring to in this case, could you help me with an example?
Back up the existing Photoshop preferences if you have any custom brushes, actions, and workspace: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html and then try resetting your preference manually, Ctrl-K on windows or Cmd-K on mac and scroll down to the bottom of the dialog, then select reset preferences on next start. Re-launch Photoshop and check. Here is a troubleshooting article, check and let us know if that works: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
When you say import, how are you bringing them into Photoshop?
You can't drag or paste a PNG from a website, for instance.
You have to save it from the website with its .png extension, and load or place it in Photoshop.
If the PNG file has transparency, Photoshop will honor it if brought in that way.
The giveaway is if you drag or paste and it comes in with a white background. That means the file almost certainly has a transparent background and will work if you load or place it from your hard drive. Let us know if it helps. Thanks & Regards, Ranjisha

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out Do you need a background layer?
When creating a new document in Photoshop there is a Background Contents dropdown menu that includes options for White, Background Color, and Transparent. Select your choice from there.
You can also convert a layer into a Background layer if you don't have one.
Start by selecting the layer within the Layers panel. Then from the menu choose Layer > New > Background from Layer

Hi there,
Sorry about the trouble experienced with Photoshop. What is your system specification? What version are you using now and what version you were using before the update? What is your file size before converting it to PDF? Where are you trying to export it to i.e. the path?
If you do have large PSD files, it's best to move all the files you want to use into another folder, and flatten them,
and maybe size them down. Relaunch the app then check. If it doesn't work, try disabling the GPU use. Go to Photoshop's Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor and restart Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Ranjisha

Hi there,
What is the configuration of your iPad? Which version of Photoshop is currently installed on your iPad?
You can check the following steps to Add an adjustment layer
In the Task bar on the right, press and hold the Plus icon.
Tap Adjustment layer in the flyout menu.
Tap the type of adjustment layer you want, such as Hue/Saturation. This adds a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer above the highlighted layer in the Layers panel. It also opens the Layer Properties panel with controls for this adjustment layer.
Notice the black and white mask on the adjustment layer. On the layer mask, the area you selected is white, and the area you did not select is black.
In the Layer Properties panel, drag the Hue adjustment control. This changes the color of only the area you had selected—the area that is now white on the layer mask.
Also check this article for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/how-to/edit-composite-ipad.html Let us know if that works. Thanks,
