Hello The issue lies with the default browser of your machine 1. Make sure the broswer has all the access to the internet with both private and public network. 2. Make sure that Adobe Lightroom is allowed to connect through the firewall. This would resolve the issue. Feel free to ask any question.

What do you like to use instead of Apple's library? Also, just to note, I believe Apple lets you know/gives you the option to space save or keep highest quality image when youre syncing your iCloud photos to your desktop/phone. I really hate having to use iCloud but I have so many photos that I dont want to part with or export yet. Also, thanks for the answer! Curiousity didnt have to kill the cat this time.

In my case the problem was that i created two accounts, bought licence with one of them but Lightroom access was with the wrong account. If the problem is this, you may be able to start Lightroom without internet access on the PC. In this way, you can disconnect the wrong access in Lightroom and reconnect with the right one.

This isn't a "correct answer" if you don't have a keyboard for your iPad. Can anyone from Adobe look into this? I'd really love to use Ps on the iPad for editing renderings, etc. for my work but without the ability to move items in small increments its useless.

Hello, I had the same problem. i also use Mx Master 3 + Macbook Pro and photoshop 2024. I tried many options, but I understood that something was wrong. I found the source of the fast Zoom problem. You are probably using a program for smooth scrolling called Mos. Go into it and disable smooth scrolling, and Photoshop will start working properly with Zoom.

I'm in the same boat. Trying to export 22 RAW photos to JPG on my iPad through lightroom. It says "this may take a while" yet it's sat on 2 of 22 for 20minutes... what's wrong with this? I am using version 10.0.1 450863/171 I have an iPad Pro M4. I have 425GBs available on my iPad. The problem is with Lightroom, for which I pay a lot of money each month... Ugh, typical Adobe mess, right? You pay a fortune and this happens. First, [Removed by Mod] if your macOS is up to date, sometimes it’s Adobe being picky. Then, make sure you’ve got enough storage, because Photoshop loves hogging space. Try resetting Photoshop preferences (hold Shift+Option+Command while launching). If that doesn’t work, reinstall Creative Cloud itself, it’s probably corrupted like everything else Adobe touches. If all else fails, guess what? You're stuck with tech support. Good luck with that nightmare!

Thank you for writing this, I found all the images that were missing on my Mac and iPad on the web version, available for download. This feels like multiple layers of failure - the files are clearly there, but Lightroom does not see them. Second, it does not seem like I can tell it where a functioning copy of a file that "appears damaged" is. When I try to import the downloaded copy that is also flagged as being corrupted and won't import. This looks like database corruption in Lightroom.

And I would love if we could just open "jpgs" in Camera Raw from the finder. So we could use the latest tech to produce panoramas. I am realy disapointed that the tech that we get from adobe to deal with panoramas is so limited, that we have to rely on a script from 2007. This script is as old as my daughter! Editing a movie has an own interface! But generating a Panorama (which is a basic imaging task) not. And once you are done, there is no way to change it.

I can confirm memory leak (or something else) problem that slows down Lightroom the longer you use it. After few hours it's unusable and simple restart just solves the issue. And I'm talking about both Classic and CC.

I WAS able to exit & restart the app and now the circle is gone and I am able to use the heal tool again. Whew! Still wish I knew why the circle appeared and what its purpose was.

new macbook, Apple M3 Pro, Sonoma 14.6 tried to install LR (version 7.4.1) and LRC (version 13.4) from creative cloud and get that typical error message followed by a message that it can not initialize CameraRAW. Downloaded latest version of CameraRAW, reinstalled LR and LrC, but did not help. Followed most of the suggestions posted here before. What is the problem? best, Jules
