If the Remote Update Manager (RUM) is interrupted during the download phase, it does not resume from where it left off on the next run. You would need to restart the download process from the beginning.
Regarding updates for Acrobat Pro, RUM can be used to update Acrobat Pro and other Adobe applications, as it facilitates managing and deploying updates across various Adobe products.

Hi @Julian37400279ca12, As @kglad mentioned, you must contact your Admin to know whether you have a Creative Cloud Apps license for iPad and iOS. I did notice a Creative Cloud for all apps assigned to you. But it is recommended that you connect with your Admin, and they will be able to inform you better about the Apps and services you can access.

This feature is available only for teams with Business Direct plans. To upgrade from an individual to a Business Direct plan, you can contact Adobe sales or support for assistance.
