Please consider sharing the raw file so we can test. You can use something like wetransfter, as another poster has done.

You can screen-shot the result. I think most people are doing that to make the image uploader happy.

To remove reflections from raw images in Lightroom Classic, right-click on the image and select "Edit In->Open as Smart Object in Photoshop". Then in photoshop you can double click the smart object layer, and the Camera Raw plugin will appear with the option to remove reflections. You can edit as needed and save. This will allow you to manage the cleaned TIFF within Lightroom.

Wow, that's a terrific example! We are working on JPEG/TIFF support. In the meantime, many iPhones support RAW as follows: Settings->Camera->Formats->ProRAW. Then when you are using the camera app, in the upper right you'll see an option to turn on RAW capture for your shot.

It does work with AI denoise. This specific example did not. You can expect the results to change when you modify the input image, and that includes removing noise. Sometimes it will go the other way: denoise will make remove reflections work better. It will seem random because it is. We're working to improve this tech preview to make it more robust, but you should expect variation in the output.

Many users are reporting this, but thus far we have found that these all result from workflows that accidentally open the raw as if its not a raw image. Please share the specific steps you are taking. Meanwhile, here is how I open images:
1. Open photoshop, select file->open, and chose the raw file (e.g., NEF)
or
2. Open Lightroom Classic, find the RAW image, right click, select "Edit In --> Open as Smart Object in Photoshop", and then double click the smart layer when Photoshop opens.
Please let me know if those do not work for you.

So far from reports we've been seeing, mixed results predominantly result from users who are applying the tool to reflections that it intentionally is not designed to handle. Please consider sharing your failure cases so we can learn what you are wanting to do.
From Lightroom (Classic) you can remove reflections as follows
1. Right click on the raw photo
2. Select "Edit In --> Open as Smart Object in Photoshop"
3. In Photoshop, double-click the layer (a smart object)
4. The Adobe Camera Raw window will appear
5. Select the remove icon to remove reflections.

The output of remove reflections can change even when the input is modified in a small way, for example by removing noise. This is typical of all AI models. In your final result, the most salient part of the reflection is removed, and the photo is usefully improved even if it remains slightly imperfect. The success of the tool is to improve your photos, which does not mean the result is always perfect. While its true that, in this case, you could use generative fill instead, that is rarely the case when removing semi-transparent reflections, so I think you will find that the remove reflections tool is generally useful for improving your photos in ways that generative remove is not. Please refer to this Blog post to understand our plans to develop this feature further in the future.

The tool is designed to remove large-area reflections that block your view of the subject. The reflections on these glass doors are not large, and do not block your view of the subject (the tree), so they are not removed. Please refer to this Blog post to understand how to use the tool today, and our plans to develop it in the future.

Nicole, please see my response to your question earlier in the forum. I'll copy-paste it below for you. Once you gain experience with the tool, I believe you will find that it is useful. That was our motivation for releasing it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I haven't had any luck with removing reflections. Here's one photo that I thought would be a good candidate for the tool, but there was almost no change in the image after reflection removal. I've tried about 10 Nikon NEF files and a few Apple ProRaw photos and have had similar unimpressive results."
Hi Nicole, this photo is not a good candidate for two reasons. First, you can't see anything behind the reflection. Reflection removal will remove reflections that are semi-transparent; but, if the reflection looks opaque so as to prevent you from seeing anything underneath it, the tool will likely do nothing.
The second reason is that the glass is not blocking your view of the subject (the reflection area is on the smaller side). Yes, your application is reasonable, and we would like to support it in the future, but the tool is currently designed to remove reflections from glass panes that separate you from your subject, and therefore cover most all of your view. Imagine cases like airplane windows, traveling in cars/trains, aquariums, zoos, sports like hockey, etc., Please refer to this Blog post to understand how to get best results from the tool, and how we are working to improve it

Chapps-LA is correct. Also, the tool does not remove reflections from distant panes of glass that do not separate you from your subject. This photo is of a room, and the subject is not behind glass, so the reflection was not removed. Please refer to this Blog post to understand how to get best results from the tool, and how we are working to improve it (including in cases like the one you have posted).
