@rachel_1406 what version are you using for Acrobat? The paid version or the free Acrobat Reader version. When you updated the software, did you do this through the adobe.com website, a third party website.  To log in, you need to log-into adobe.com. Click on apps on the side. The screenshots shown (latter two) tells me, that you might be using the Acrobat Reader which has limited features. To have the features that you want, you would need to upgrade Acrobat. @mori_7351 when you forst mentioned Thailand, would your company's private network may be the issue behind all this? Your company's firewall or proxy server could be interfering with Adobe's AI connection. Some corporate networks have strict content filtering policies. This might be blocking Firefly's access to certain content or features. Again, your IT department would be the best point of contact.Contact your IT department to see if they can whitelist the necessary Adobe servers.
