@Melissa26357847sbh3 aahhh yes, this has happened to me a couple of times, and you one get one shot to print this because they don't want people to scam the system like the two ladies did with coupons in Queenpins! Steps for me (am on a Mac too): 1. Update my printer drivers 2. Before printing anything, make sure I am using the correct internet connection (I have two different settings) 3. Do a test print to make sure it's working with ink and paper 4. Print coupon... if you can save as a PDF or take a screenshot of the coupond even better , if not, then print directly Sometimes, the system won't let you take a screenshot because it goes straight to the Printer settings. You may or many not be able to save as a PDF as per above....but, I have been able to print by making sure the preliminaries are done before printing the coupons

@Sylvia38835190h4yw for both devices, your mobile and computer, needs to be logged into the same Adobe account (I have two different accounts, so, I need to make sure both are logged into the one) and make sure both are sync to where the files are keep. Normally, I save my Adobe work to the Adobe Cloud...so check there...unless you save the files elsewhere.

@OCONUS74 honestly, I don't think you can turn that off on an iPhone or iPad. You are better off to remove that from the form all-together.

@nur developmentUnfortunately no, you can't do that. If you want you can buy another individual license. The idea is you can install on two different devices per license. Both need to be used by you, and in theory, not at the same time. Most of us use this to install one copy of a desktop and the other on a laptop. Note: If you own, or are the primary user of, a single-user- or volume-license Adobe product that is installed on a computer at work, you can also install and use the software on one secondary computer of the same platform at home or on a portable computer. However, you may not run the software simultaneously on both the primary and secondary computers.

@Ton Frederiks i had to try this a few different times just to get that double-copy. I had to make sure I had nothing selected it. Originally, I had a gepmetric shape selected with fill, which it didn't make the double-copy magneta! Good to know about the weird glitch!

Always curious to see how others are experimenting issues as I try to stay ahead of these while teaching. In classes, we have our 'BYOD' to school, some are Macs, and othes are PCs. I am on a MAC, and I tried the exact same thing as @Pavementi explained it, and I can't replicate the issue. I am using v28.6 ....but, I just see another update on CC dashboard. @Pavementi are you a PC user?

@ruth38472883c31q this person suggested to 'Save as a Copy' that did the trick. And in that same post, some just log-out and signed back in...try those two methods! https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/save-as-screen-appears-black-illustrator/m-p/14469085

@Kayla262159905tab one of the final things before saving a file is removing stray points and paths. Try this? go to Objects - Path - Clean Up Do watch your screen if it does accidentally remove something that you do want.

@Yelen & Salomé when was the last time you cleared your history, cache and cookies on your computer? Seriously. Sometimes just doing that clears many of this errors. Corrupted temporary files can sometimes interfere with application performance.

@William37179699l8vj yes, totally does.... you can try the freebie verion (.com) and when you are ready, switch over to the paid version (.org). Because you are retired (no idea if you are getting a pension or not, or funds is an issue), honestly, if you just wanna show your work, I suggest using either Behance or Adobe Portfolio. Both are not bad. Some of my students use Adobe Portfolio...I teach in two programs one for Graphic Design and one for Web Developers....and the Graphic Designers, don't know HTML, CSS or any other coding languages. So, using either Behance or Adobe Portfolio is just as good for their needs. They won't be apply for jobs in web development! Love the fact that you are trying Xd and considering to code the site to WordPress. You have to look at a different perspective...what is the purpose of the website? To show your work? Or to show the work, create some blog posts, maybe supplement a coffee fund and have ads on the website, then sure, a Wordpress site would work great especially for blogging. If you are only wanting to show the work, and have ads on the website, a WordPress may be over-doing it and a simple HTML/CSS will do the trick. In that is the case, there is a plugin called Anima that takes Xd to HTML. I never used, but I know some students who were trying to create a React database tried this, and it worked with some bugs (javascript was their issue!) My money is on Adobe products, because it's Adobe....you could also use Google Sites. I have tried that on a couple of clients who didn't want Wix, SquareSpace, Tumbler or Weebly but, coming from a trusting source. Like Behance and Adobe Portfolio, Google Site is similiar, drag and drop. Hope that helps...

@ClaudiaSamari I have a feeling you may have images in your files? Correct? Are the images sized to the correct size...so instead of placing an image that is 50" x 10", you could properly reduce the file size in Photoshop to be 5" x 1", and this would considerable reduce the file size. Normally, I would resize the images in Photoshop. Most of the work is print, so, I will resize the images to be 300ppi (and the final size) and re-save the images with a new name (just in case, I need to go back to the original for some reason). Once I save the mages as PNG (I prefer PNG only because of its lossless compression). But, I also take my PNG to to an onlin tool, strip out any unnecessary bits and reduces the file size of your images without visible quality loss - tinypng.com or tinyjpg.com (both are the same tool!) For example, here is a screenshot of a thumbnail, that comes in a 1MB PNG. I dragged it into this tool, reduces the file size by 78% to 251kb... If I can control what and see what I am reducing in my file sizes the better. Then save my document and then save another one as a PDF. If I truly need to reduce the PDF still, then at least I know it may be an issue on the other side of their email not accepting large files. If that is the case, then alternative ways of retrieving files for the client may be Google Drive, OneDrive, Adobe Cloud, DropBox, FTP, etc

@ClaudiaSamari is it just the one file that keeps on crashing while reducing that one file? If so, maybe that one file is corrupted?

@William37179699l8vj honestly, I didn't even bother using Xd for my design. My students kept on bugging me all the time, and I just needed something quick. I picked a theme, and customized it as much as I could. I should in theory re-design it, with the use of some other features like YouTube API and other stuff...but, for me, it's just a blog with my course notes and stuff that they may find interesting. It is also when I have the time to post, which isn't as often as I hope these past few months. I have a feeling with the Adobe XD plug-in, there will be a time that there will be some sections that you wll need to pay....and my money is probably on the forms as forms typically will use PHP. I didn't download the the plug-in, but, am assuming that is....what is the four letter acronym....nice!

The main reason why I still teach XD as well as Figma is many of the companies are still asking for XD in the job positions are: Recently, this was yesterday between a former student and I Or job postings for this week: 1. A web agency who predominately used Adobe products, with Xd 2. An Engineers and Geoscientists, using either Figma/or XD 3. A tool company using Xd Or when former students asking me or me asking them: The main reason why I still teach Xd is because if companies are still asking for this, and nobody can do the job, people like me who still dabbles in it can get freelance work...but, this is also an opportunity for students to get their foot in the door. The more applications and skills they know, the better opportunity they can get in sooner than later.... I once interviewed for a graphic designer at a company that we were hiring. I knew the applicant, and I knew he was a wizard with QuarkXPress, but not so much about InDesign. So, I asked him, of his skill level. He said he was 'Advanced Level!" I said great, because we have a test for you in InDesign. The truth came out, and he said, sorry, I really don't know InDesign, and declined the test. Goes to show you, two complete different applications aren't always the same. Many of my students prefer Xd while many prefer Figma. But, if schools can teach them both, at least they have a chance to work in Xd, and maybe even teach the company Figma and show how intuitive it is.

@Zelal38804399jtxs @Karl Friedric388049579kkk Supposedly, the issue has been addressed in the latest update released today. Try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. Check if that resolves the issue. You may also refer to the information on the latest update on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html.
