@jonn3y if you need it as a vector, then save it as either as a SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS. Using PNG flattens your image

@Peter38735640ziuy do you have the right amount of pages. If you are printing a booklet, the last page should always be an even number. But, in this case, it sounds like it's an odd number of pages, meaning the last page should be blank, but instead, it's printing back-to-back of the last odd page and new 1st page of each print run. Top of my head would be to print a blank page at the very last page (in the settings, you can can print blank pages).. That might solve the back-2-back print.

@גיל38736772imf2 are you using Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro? From my understanding, I thought Reader doesn't have the same capabilities as the Pro version.

@jennyu56228975 @karenlewis @bridgetter54325219 Curious to know what the PDF compatibility settings are. Try exporting with a different compatibility setting. I normally have used the older settings. When I use to work in Pre-press (ad agencies, graphic designers, production houses, would bring their files, and we would make sure their files are good to go and make film negatives for commercial printers). And I was taught to use the older settings. The idea behind the latest Acrobat, newer PDFs may not work in older readers due to unsupported features. So, I have been using an older compatibility setting (e.g., Acrobat 5) for wider compatibility but limited features. It works for me. But, you could try Acrobat 6.0. Try that out.

@Kay38714994frs3 You mentioned Adobe Pro...which is essentially Acrobat Pro....One can export or save as a PDF, but maybe, ths is something new for me that I wasn't aware that you can actually create a book from Acrobat Pro! How did you originally create this PDF, because there is no way you create this 112 page booklet in Acrobat....what was the application did you create the book? Adobe InDesign? Illustrator? Word? Canva? PowerPoint? CorelDraw?

@Laura37191504gq47 It isn't an automatic system like how Figma does it's auto layou with dynamic adjustments. You can do this in Xd, but you need to manually adjust the responsive resize. It's similiar as above, but maybe on a hover state, you will have to manually extend the text for each instance. It's a work-around, but doable

@Lunaaaaaaaaaa you can also change the 'Workspace' . For example, Window - Workspace - and pick a workspace, such as Essentials Classic, and the interface and tools should be there. You can reset the workspace as well to it's originally settings, and you can even create your own Workspace too.

@V i L L O V oh wow...this is a first for me that you don't want to maintain aspect ratio! If you are using the latest Illustrator, hold down the Shift key while resizing to achieve the result. If by chance it is still 'maintain the espect ratio,' don't hold the shift key (at one time many years ago, if you want to maintain aspect ratio, you had to hold the shift key. Then Adobe changed that, and no longer need too, unless, you change it on your end, which I did...so, hopefully holding the 'Shift' key doesn't maintain the aspect ratio!

@Angelina31720456drj0 When you convert your vibrant RGB images into CMYK, they will always be duller. That's the way it is. It wouldn't matter if you change printers, they will give you the same result. Since, they know your a photographer, they likely don't want to ruffle your feathers, and likely want you to do the work. Since you made the brochure in Canva, the best method is to colour correct in either Lightroom or Photoshop. Normally I would re-link it back to the original document, but because you are using Canva, my gut feeling is telling ME the PDF export will still be RGB. You could ask the print shop to re-link the images with the supplied CMYK images (as they may have created the brochure in a different application, such as InDesign in CMYK profile too). Or you could outsource the job too! I would normally convert this in Photoshop, as Photoshop works predominately for images...while Illustrator is moreso on the illustration side of applications. Since you are a photographer, you may have used Lightroom, which is an easy program to work with if your a Photographer. There is a learning curve for Photoshop is more for the advanced users when they want to make complex edits, retouching capabilities, remove unwanted things...so I would think Lightroom would be more up your alley.

@lanny47 were you able to figure this out yet? I have an epson 7840, I sometimes will add trim marks to my files because I do create bleeds in some of my files. Not only that, it sound like my bounding box. Also check to see you are changing the scale or fit to page to print is on.

@kerissa38721462o73b so does this work? The image is 300 ppi - JPG. I tried it two ways with both the files are literally at 300 ppi - JPG. One took me 15 minutes (re-did it InDesign and exported as JPGs) and the other way was through Acrobat that took me 15 seconds! File - Save As - Convert to and Select JPG Choose where to save the 29 pages. Click on New Folder (better to be organized) Change the Format to Jpeg again Click on Settings to change the quality of the images File settings to the Maximum quality Turn off all colour profiles (less hassle for the printer) for Color Management Change the resoultion to be 300 ppi All the images should be flatten once you export as a JPG.

@kerissa38721462o73b the pixels per inch (PPI) refers to the image resolution, which impacts the final quality of your prints. 300 pixels should be fine....but really, the print shop should be setting this up not you. Unless you are doing a test print to see.

@Amanda386797201qhm @Janeisy3871966607s9 here's a different thought... may I suggest you sign your signature on a piece of paper (white preferably) with your choice of colour pen. Scan it in as a PNG or JPG, and then place that signature as an image. It would be your real signature versus an Adobe Signature. I do this when I need to sign a PDF with my real signature versus using Addobe Signature

@Biancaaa well, if you are working on your desktop, the files would be thrown to your trash or recycle bin. Unless you manually cleared that folder, it's gone forever. Or if you are like many people, it just sits there....my wife gets mad at me all the time, I see a folder full, I clear the folder out...her rationale, that's my back-up (my rationale, that's the trash can to be thrown out...so now, I create a special back-up can with 'grover' from Sesame Street as her trashy backup!) If you are working on the cloud, then the files should be in your deleted folder. You can access this folder and restore any files you need within 30 days of deletion. After 30 days, files in the Deleted folder are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
