Hey @dawid.w! I'm really sorry about the frustration you're experiencing. As you know, the technology behind Generative Fill isn't perfect yet, but it's constantly improving. We always aim to balance user freedom with our guidelines and the rights of others. Sometimes, if there's any visible skin on the body, the AI might play it safe and assume it's adult content.
If you think this is a mistake, please hit the "Provide Feedback" button whenever you encounter an issue with Generative AI, so we can make this tool better. You can also share your feedback in this thread.
In the meantime, you could try creating a mask to hide the layer that shows skin and do your edits on a different layer. I know it's not ideal, but it should help.

Can you make sure your Mac has Full Disk Permissions for Photoshop? Apple has some privacy measures to ensure all apps get user consent before accessing documents, downloads, desktop, iCloud Drive, and network volumes. This has been reinforced in newer versions of macOS. Photoshop might not work correctly without proper permissions and could break your workflow. Tasks like opening/saving files, cross-app workflows, and launching applications might behave unexpectedly. Please follow this guide to check if this is your case: https://adobe.ly/4259vEC
If that doesn't help, try updating Photoshop to the latest version, 26.2, to see if it fixes the issue.

Looks like you're using Photoshop Beta, which is primarily for testing and feedback, so it's more prone to bugs. Have you noticed the same error in the latest non-Beta version of Photoshop (26.2)?
Also, it seems like your drivers haven't been updated since 2022. Could you try installing any available updates to see if that helps?

That's really odd.
There might be a connection between the graphical bug and the title field becoming unavailable. Can you check if your machine has enough RAM and/or hard drive space? Low resources can sometimes lead to performance issues and visual glitches.
To see if it's a GPU issue, go to Lightroom Preferences > Performance and temporarily disable "Use Graphics Processor." If the glitches disappear, they might be related to the GPU.

If you haven't done this yet, I recommend checking if Lightroom Classic has Full Disk Access on your Mac. Due to privacy reasons, macOS requires users to manually give permissions to each app for it to work properly. You can find out how to do that here:

Lightroom for mobile (Android) currently supports HDR only on Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel Fold devices running Android 14. For the full list of supported devices, see the HDR-compatible devices list.

Does the double-clicking behavior happen anywhere else, like when using the Selection tool, or is it only when clicking the title bar?
Some users have reported that turning off "Snap Windows" in System > Multitasking helps with this issue. Could you give that a try and see if it works for you?

Hey @FrancoSarmiento! Did you do anything differently with those three images, or were your edits more complex than usual?
Also, can you check if those images are synced correctly? You can do this by checking the Lightroom Mobile app or Lightroom web to see if your images and/or the edits have been applied.
If that doesn’t work, try redoing the edits and uploading them again.

It could be due to some privacy permissions in macOS. Since macOS 10.14 (Mojave), Apple has required that applications get user consent before accessing documents. This has been even more enforced in the newer macOS versions. These changes can sometimes result in insufficient or broken permissions, which may prevent Lightroom from working correctly and disrupt your workflows.
