Hey @cqnvxf! I'm using Photoshop 26.2 on a Windows machine, and unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce your issue. Could you check if the preset files are in the folders? If it's similar to Windows, the location should be something like Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\26\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery\PluginData.
Here's what it looks like on my end:
The folders "ast-hokusai" to "ast-vangogh" are the ones where the presets (excluding the first three) are located. Please check if your folder structure looks similar, and see if there's any difference when Photoshop is running versus when it's not. Thank you! Alek

Also, could you check if Lightroom Classic has the permissions to access all your folders? Since macOS 10.14 (Mojave), Apple introduced a new privacy structure to ensure that applications get user consent before accessing documents, downloads, desktop, and network volumes. Hi, @stanislavb98449803! Sorry for the trouble. Some users have found that turning on the Window > Application Frame option fixes this issue. This option is only available for Mac users, and since I'm on Windows, I can't test it myself. Could you see if that does the trick for you?

Hey @Galeodan! Have you tried resetting your preferences yet? Manually restoring your preferences is a thorough way to reset Photoshop to its default state and ensure any problematic plug-in preferences or user presets aren't loaded. You can find out how to do that here: https://adobe.ly/4gvEQo5
After that, restart the app and try selecting the Classic Crop Tool again. On my end, it stays as the default tool even after I close and reopen Photoshop. Let me know if this works for you!

Hi @cheerful_gem00684! Is the issue still persisting in version 26.1 of Photoshop?
If the Remove tool in Photoshop still won't initialize, it might be because some components need to be downloaded from Adobe's servers. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check Internet Connection: Ensure your computer is connected to the Internet, as the required components need to be downloaded.
Free Up Disk Space: The feature components require between 0.5 GB to 1 GB of disk space. Make sure you have enough free space available.
Change Preferences: Go to Preferences > Image Processing and select the More Stable option for Remove Tool Processing.

Hey @Mustafa Orhon! Let's try a couple of things to fix this issue.
First, can you reset your preferences? On Windows, go to Edit > Preferences > General, and on Mac, go to Photoshop > Preferences > General, then select Reset Preferences on Quit. Just make sure to back up your preferences first. You can find out how here: https://adobe.ly/3DjHA9G. After that, restart the app to apply the changes.
Another thing we can try is tweaking the graphics settings. Try turning off the "Use Graphics Processor" option. On Windows, go to Edit > Preferences > Performance; on Mac, go to Photoshop > Preferences > Performance. After turning it off, restart Photoshop. Hey, @kathyb22473636, welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, you can't rename a keyword at the moment. However, you can filter all the photos with a specific keyword, add the correct keyword, and then delete the incorrect one.
In Lightroom, type the keyword you want to correct into the search bar at the top; it will filter all the photos with that keyword. Next, open the keyword panel at the bottom right to see the keywords applied to the photo. Add the new keyword with the correct spelling while selecting all the images, then delete the misspelled keyword.

Hey @Graig27230921dbmx! I totally get how frustrating this can be, and I'm really sorry we haven't found a solution yet. Could you let me know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried with customer support?
Here are a few more things we can try:
Force Quit Processes: Quit Lightroom Classic. Open Activity Monitor (macOS) or Task Manager (Windows) and search for dynamiclinkmediaserver and dynamiclinkmediamanager . If these processes are still running, force quit them.
Disable GPU: Sometimes issues come from the graphics processor. Go to Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Lightroom Classic > Preferences (macOS), click on the Performance tab, and deselect Use Graphics Processor. Then relaunch Lightroom Classic.
Update Drivers: Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel).
Check Video File Format: Ensure the video file format is supported by Lightroom Classic. Here's a list of supported video file formats: https://adobe.ly/3DiwsKa
