Here's how to batch import your photos:
1. Switch to grid view and ensure "Photos on device" is selected.
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Tap "Select."
4. Tap the checkmark in the top left to select all photos in that folder.
5. Tap "Import" at the bottom.

Submitted a feature request. Most tethering apps have keyboard shortcuts to launch Live View. Are the sample photos with the correct colors from your first post taken from the iPhone photo gallery?
Could you go to Preferences > Photo Import Options > Raw Default Settings and check which option you have selected? The default is "Adobe Default," but switching to "Camera Settings" would allow Lightroom Mobile to sync better with your camera's profile and reflect its style more accurately.

It looks like Lightroom Mobile doesn’t currently support externally added geodata. I know it’s not ideal, but a workaround is to add the location data after you’ve made your edits and exported the photo.

Hi Alek, for some reason after turning on the laptop again in the New Year, it's working again. And luckily it keeps working for few days now. I guess because of totally shut down at the end of 2024 and starting it fresh up again the first working day on 2025. We will keep an eye on it. Thanks anyway for assisting. Kind regards, Nancy

When you select "Edit in Photoshop," do you choose "Edit Original," "Edit a Copy," or "Edit a Copy with Lightroom Adjustments"? Have you made any changes to the original files outside of Lightroom in any way?

At this point, I recommend starting a new thread and sharing the exact details you told me. It would be helpful since you're dealing with more than just a red menu bar, which might be a symptom of something else affecting the performance.

We always aim to balance user freedom with our guidelines and the rights of others. Sometimes, if there's any visible skin on the body, the AI might play it safe and assume it's adult content.
If you think this is a mistake, please hit the "Provide Feedback" button whenever you encounter an issue with Generative AI, so we can make this tool better. You can also share your feedback in this thread.
In the meantime, you could try creating a mask to hide the layer that shows skin and do your edits on a different layer. I know it's not ideal, but it should help.

Looks like you're using Photoshop Beta, which is primarily for testing and feedback, so it's more prone to bugs. Have you noticed the same error in the latest non-Beta version of Photoshop (26.2)?
Also, it seems like your drivers haven't been updated since 2022. Could you try installing any available updates to see if that helps?
