First question: I don't think so, but I can't be 100% sure, since I never use armature as it is conceptually and functionally unusable. Second question: No. When elements are each on its own layer and you use Classic Tweens, even if you go out of sync, you can re-sync the whole layer with the press of a key with Sync Symbols To Timeline.

Go to each of your keyframes, with the Selection tool click on the head and make sure it is set to Play Once, then manually type the frame number of the current timeline as First Frame to match.

I have not touched Windows 11, so not too sure. In Windows 10 there is the Control Panel > Sound, where you manage your various sound devices and also Sound Options in Settings (the more modern interface), where in Advanced you can set the different applications to use different devices, if you have multiple. Also the Sound Mixer. Good luck!

I can confirm that the timeline audio in the uploaded FLA plays fine on my system. Also the WAV is 44kHz 16-bit as it should be. You need to dig into your OS settings. You can also try to install an older version of Animate alongside the current one, just as a test.

If you like, upload the FLA and the WAV source and post a link, so that others can check and make sure that indeed they play, and the problem is with Animate somehow not interfacing properly with your audio device. Check your OS sound mixer. Animate could be muted or routed toward a sound device which is not connected to speakers.

There may be some issues with the document. Try to save it as a XFL, then back as FLA (with a new name). Then try the select unused and delete them. I have experienced some file corruption with CS5.5. Opening the same file in CS6 may allow you to work around the issue.

It does not make any sense, mate. If you're saving as, you are saving a copy of the whole FLA under an new name, but are not changing anything in the internal structure of your file. To get those duplicates of your content internally, you must be doing something else, while working in Flash. Check their use count in the Library. If some have zero, you can delete them. There is an option to select unused items. If they really are duplicates and they are all used, to clean them up you will need first to do some swapping so that only one of those identical videos and bitmaps is used in your file.

If you have a published SWF you may be able to repopulate those blank symbols by decompiling the SWF and manually copy/pasting the content.

You can open two views (inside head and at character level) via Window > Duplicate Window menu and switch between them for convenience. It seems that you have only nested the mouth. You should put all facial features inside the head. Here you can see how to work with nested and synced timelines: https://youtu.be/Mf3tIM4WvGQ As I said in your other thread: you are wasting your time with the armature. No one uses bones in Flash and for a very good reason - they are unusable. Switch to Layer Parenting or SMR, so that you can keep things on separate layers, use Classic Tweens and take full advantage of your Graphic Symbols.

If you are running other programs in the background, close them and try again. It is known that some programs such as Open Office, Virtual Box or others can 'steal' bits from the system clipboard and cause these types of issues. Another possible cause for random behaviour is a damaged RAM chip.

All body parts must be symbols, so I assume when you say 'object' you mean a Graphic Symbol. Most likely this happens because it's flipped and Layer Parenting is full of bugs - problems with flipped symbols being one of them. I can see you have KineFlex, so use SMR instead, and only toggle LP on at the end, when animation is complete to enable movement along arcs.

To end frustration use SMR instead and only toggle Layer Parenting on when animation is complete to have the elements move along arcs.

Are you using any of the so-called Advanced Layers features such as Camera or Layer Parenting? If so, first try turning the camera off and then break apart. If the layers are parented, unparent first and then try breaking apart.

Ignore it. Nothing to worry about. This is just the SWF. When publishing to video all will be as expected. If you want, you can mask your stage to not see this stuff, or you can work at a lower resolution.

Change your symbol type to Graphic. Now it is a Movie Clip. You can change it from Properties panel after you select it on the Stage.
