That is correct. We have single sign on through our portal as well, but the CC license is still assigned to the user's email address in the Admin Console. They can also access the apps through the Creative Cloud Desktop App. No matter what they try when they launched Acrobat Pro it gives them an expired message even though the user has an all apps license for CC which includes Acrobat Pro. Two Adobe consultants have already looked at the issue and escalated the case as they also have no idea why it's doing it.

first, trying to contact anyone outside the forums about legacy adobe problems isn't going to be fruitful for several reasons.
second, anything older than cs5 (eg, illustrator cs3) can no longer be activated because the activation servers on adobe's end no longer exist. so your cs 3 can only be used for the 30 trial, though there are (laborious) ways to extend the 30 days repeatedly.
third, your cs6 can be activated. exactly what error message are you seeing?
and finally, you need not respond to each person in a separate message, esp, if you're repeating information. these are public forums. everyone can see your message no matter to whom you address it.

Hi @Harold Silva At this time, Firefly does not allow you to create different versions of the same character. You can use a similar prompt with the same details that describe the character but Firefly will try create a unique image each time. You could use Generative Fill to change part of the image but that is limiting if you want the character to change positions/poses.

Thanks for reaching out with your question. With the current tools available in Acrobat, it is not possible to open a PDF. However, this may be achieved using JavaScript.
Here is a suggestion: Acrobat allows you to run a JavaScript script to modify form field values across multiple PDFs. For example, you can use a script to find dropdown fields by name and change their selection programmatically.
Script Example:
var fieldName = "Dropdown1"; // Replace with actual dropdown field name var newValue = "NewSelection"; // Replace with desired selection
for (var i = 0; i < this.numFields; i++) { var fName = this.getNthFieldName(i); if (fName == fieldName) { var field = this.getField(fName); if (field.type == "combobox" || field.type == "listbox") { field.value = newValue; } } }
Now you may use the same/similar Script Using Action Wizard (Acrobat Pro)
1. Go to: Tools > Action Wizard > New Action
2. Add “Execute JavaScript” as a step
3. Paste the JavaScript code (similar to the above)
4. Select multiple PDFs to process
5. Run the Action
This method allows you to apply changes in bulk without manually opening each file.

Hi John, another user reported that the latest version that was recently released should fix this now (20.2), thought I would reply to you so you can give it a try. If not, I'd still recommend giving the above steps a try (reducing the Number of Recent Items to display from 20 to 0) as it might work for you too.
