From time to time I have this problem. I dont know why? Couldn't find any sollution around internet. But By chance, I just enclosed the entire object I want to work on using the Laso Tool or Rectangular Tool and then when I tryed using warp, everything was ok. But only using these tools. If I don't "encircle" the object, the image, it will turn upside down again...

Unfortunately this "application" applies anti-aliasing to the print. Why would anyone think that that is a good idea. The application should allow you to print without anti-aliasing so as not to influence the colors of the image.

I'm not impressed with the changes in LR. There was a point where you could complete image adjustments without a full-on edit or having to open PS to do it. I want to be able to process the images adjust-white balance if needed, affect the light or dark of the image...this is so confusing.

Photoshop 26.5 refuses to open half the time... It usually opens the first time I open it, but if I close it (which I do, often, because the file tabs keep getting stuck) and try to reopen without restarting computer, it will just add another task to the task list but won't show any other signs of launching.

Grouping paths or alphas would be useful for heavy users, I imagine that backwards compatibility might be a problem for the programmers.

That worked perfectly, however I'm at a loss for why this became an issue for me in the first place. Always used to work then this morning I had the error. Anyway this was the solution that worked for me so, thank you!

Need to be able to store more file types. Illustrator, PDF, possibly more. Phtographers have projects and need to keep assets together. Think. You are also renting storage space. Let us store more.

I know your link to the form, but it doesn't lead anywhere, always just to searching for general instructions or to the community forum.
The Photoshop team moved Bugs and Ideas from UserVoice to the Community Forums several years ago. This thread is in Bugs already, so the developers will see and track it.
The Application frame makes Adobe apps work like Windows when using macOS. Some folks like it and others don't. It's your choice. For the purposes of tracking down the bug, however would you mind enabling the application frame for a short time to see if the issue still occurs? Then disable it again.

Hey @Galeodan! Have you tried resetting your preferences yet? Manually restoring your preferences is a thorough way to reset Photoshop to its default state and ensure any problematic plug-in preferences or user presets aren't loaded. You can find out how to do that here: https://adobe.ly/4gvEQo5
After that, restart the app and try selecting the Classic Crop Tool again. On my end, it stays as the default tool even after I close and reopen Photoshop. Let me know if this works for you!

Hello Adobe, It sounds like your system is struggling to handle the workload when zooming in Photoshop, which might cause audio crackling due to resource conflicts. This could be related to your audio driver, graphics driver, or overall system performance. Here are a few suggestions to help diagnose and fix the issue: Update Drivers: Ensure your audio and graphics drivers are up-to-date. Visit the official websites for your hardware (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, Realtek) to download the latest versions. Check System Resources: Open Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) while zooming in Photoshop to check if CPU, GPU, or memory usage spikes. Adjust Photoshop Settings: Try reducing Photoshop's performance demands by lowering the cache levels or GPU usage under Preferences > Performance. Audio Settings: Check your audio settings. Set your audio device to a higher quality (e.g., 24-bit, 48kHz) or try changing it to see if it resolves the issue. Test on Another File: Open a smaller or simpler Photoshop file and zoom in to see if the issue persists. Reinstall Spotify and/or Photoshop: Corruption in software installations can sometimes cause unexpected problems. If none of the above helps, it could be a system-specific compatibility issue. A good next step would be to test with another audio output device or reinstall audio and graphics drivers entirely. Please do give these steps a try and share what works for you. It's likely a combination of hardware performance tuning and software updates will resolve this!!

Thanks for this-- I had a very tiny image file that perplexingly would not save as a regular psd, and re-cropping it with the delete cropped pixels setting toggled on fixed the issue for me.

@Fahaam_Ali3681 "The file is saved in computer's external hard drive. Additionally, other files are working fine in the same hard drive and in same folder.."
Despite that, I would try copying the problem file to your internal / boot drive, [maybe just copy to the desktop] then try opening it in Photoshop.
As it's a PSD file, your options for other applications to test it with are limited,
I found this info which may be helpful I hope:
Some Windows programs that can open PSD files (Affinity has a free demo):
Affinity Photo: A one-time payment (no subscription model) alternative to Adobe Photoshop. It has some limitations with certain effects and warped objects, but is still a powerful tool for editing and manipulating PSD files.
Photopea: A web-based application that allows you to open and edit PSD files directly in your browser. No signup required, and you can save your work as a new PSD file.
Krita: A free and open-source digital painting and image editing software that can open PSD files. However, it may not always recognize all PS filters and layer types.
GIMP: A free and open-source raster graphics editor that can open PSD files. Like Krita, it may not always recognize all PS filters and layer types.
Pixlr: A free online photo editor that can open PSD files. However, it may not always recognize all PS filters and layer types.
Note that while these programs can open PSD files, they may not offer the exact same features and functionality as Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, some of these alternatives may have limitations or quirks when working with PSD files.

To add to all this I'm having the same issue. I tried all the things and nothing works. Also don't give us the, "update to latest version" excuse; this has been happening for years and has never been solved as of V26.0. This to me clearly seems like a photoshop bug, not an issue with photoshop users checking or unchecking a box. Anyone here, I assume, is more than happy to help Adobe fix this bug by answering questions or giving specifcs. So summarize the issue: 1. This issue only exists when inside an artboard. 2. As long as I'm moving 1 single layer this doesn't happen, but when 2 layers are linked or selected it happens. Note: This is not a fix, but a helpful note. The layers will reappear as soon as you nudge the layers with the arrow keys. Attached is a video here's the breakdown: 0-5 seconds: There is no issue when working in a non-artboard canvas. 5-30 seconds: The clipping issue once in an artboard and 2 layers are selected. 30-37 seconds: Showing how there is no issue when moving layers individually. 37-43 seconds: Repeating the issue when both layers are re-selected again. 43-30 seconds: The clipping issue once in an artboard and 2 layers are selected. 43-44 seconds: right at this moment the clipped part of the ball re-appears due to me tapping the arrow keys.
