Hello, Android user here! I was wondering if it was possible to request that Photoshop level of accessibility and layout for the mobile and tablet application that is available for Apple device users to be reflected for Android users. There are many people who use non-apple devices that frequently use Adobe applciations and would like to have that same level of access just like Apple users have. It's a little late but the only way to "properly" host your catalog and images and everything on a NAS is to use LUNs and attach them via iSCSI.  I've been doing this for years with zero issues and i have had network fails and power outages and all kinds of madness over the last 9 years and never had a problem with corruption and even if i did i ahve proper backups becuase it's on my NAS. One thing i will say is my NAS is attached via a fiber 10gig conenction (or it was now i use 25gig) and so i never have speed issues and 100% of my LR data is over the network.  Keep in mind iSCSI is basically a local drive that is connected over a network so thats why LR works off of it.   ... The recent files list in Photoshop is extremely helpful! However, there are some items that I do not want to show in that list in case someone is looking over my shoulder (for varying reasons: confidentiality, too graphic, etc). Currently, the only option to remove items is to clear the whole list. That's not ideal since that list is very useful and clearing that list renders that list useless. I usually just want to remove one item from the list, so being able to remove individual items would be an extremely useful feature. ... View more

I use the newest Photoshop on my Surface Pro 8 from 2022....and it is really slow. Especially when showing the Navigator panel. Gosh, i cant use it for Digital Painting.   Photoshop 2019 on the other hand works relatively smooth. Adobe gave a temporary solution to allow bulk asset download from the File Sync storage which is now turned off as well. Is anything else still in the works? Using a 4K screen, the cursors are still very hard to see at times. There is now a Brush Tip Outline setting but what we really need is a cursor scale option. This issue has still not been addressed in Phoroshop 2024. I have used Layer Comps for years and not noticed this issue. Why does it matter how something is moved? Can't the position of the layer be updated with the coordinates it is in at the time of saving the new layer comp? Point 2 - I guess I'm taking a gamble here but really see little advantage in keeping NEF file as well as DNG. Everything I would wish to do in terms of editing and image quality seems to be more than fine with DNG and trust that Adobe DNG is just as likely to maintain longevity as an NEF file. Correct me if im wrong here Problem is DNG conversion and improvements to the DNG conversion. If the latest greatest DNG conversion comes out that solves all of life's problems, but you no longer have the RAW. Your up the creek.   The RAW is the original, it is your negative. A conversion from RAW to DNG is a copy. Oh it is a lot better than say exporting the RAW to a JPEG, then thinking great I can dump the RAW (Bad, very very bad) but it is still dumping the original material that you might one day decide to convert all over again.   You are perfectly happy with your current results. You have no plans to ever work on that RAW file again. You can edit that DNG file as much as you like. That DNG file will continue to be supported. Fine, but what if something changes your mind? What if Adobe makes a breakthrough with NEF to DNG that changes everything. What if Adobe adds some niffy new feature in the NEF to DNG conversion, What is you just decide, to change your mind about the initial NEF to DNG.  NO RAW, no new conversion.   I would not through my RAW files out anymore than I would throw out my 35mm negatives on my old SLR.     ...
