Hello @adrianulander,
Thanks for the response. I did try to answer your other post. I hope that was helpful.
The discontinuation of sync is indeed highly unwelcome. (The one and only app I used it for, and I can't helped but wonder, WHY!?.)
I cannot answer why sync was removed. Sorry about that. I hope I can get the product team to respond. As the moderator, I don't have the authority to field such questions.
As a Rush user, I am also upset at the loss of sync in Rush. I used it all the time for personal projects. I also brought many of them into Premiere Pro, another cool feature.
The issue @oftana418 described and the addition made by myself are not explained by the Discontinuation. Sync is no longer part of anyone's equation, so why bring that up at all??
Thanks for that. I think I get your point (and I agree with you, if so). @oftana418's issue is that Rush is not providing a more useful error dialog box. The error it is currently giving is not correct. Would you say that's more on target?
My suggestion is: bring sync back.
Thanks for the request. I would love it if that were the case. I fully support bringing sync back. However, once Adobe removes a feature, it does not return. Adobe usually has other plans for new features, apps, and services.
Stop adding completely arbitrary error messages to that!
OK, I will let the team know. Having all these nonsense messages you have to wade through is annoying. It's unacceptable. Thanks for bringing this up.
Cheers, Kevin
