Hi Kwasi Debra, You might need to sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials. Then, select 'Create PDF' tab and click on 'Select PDF files to export' option. Upload your excel file and it will get converted to PDF format within a couple of minutes. Later, you can even download the converted file onto your system. Please try in the same manner and check. Hello Larry Luttrell, You need to sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using the same Adobe ID credentials. Then, click on 'Files' tab where you can locate all you documents. When you tick the box next to one or more files, the menu at the top changes and the 'Delete' option appears as shown below in the screenshot given below: Please check for the same and delete your files. All you need is to sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials. After that, you can upload PDF files and convert them to word with ease. Hi Anna, If you are using Adobe online service, then you need to: Sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials. Select PDF files to export to Word. A pop up will come showing the download option. Click on that and download the converted file onto your system. You can also click on 'Files' tab to locate the converted files. On the other hand, if you are using Adobe Reader, all you need is to sign up and convert the file to word and later download it on your computer. Hey Ericka, As per my understanding, you might have downloaded your PDF form to the desktop and found that the logo is missing. Please try downloading any other PDF with a logo and then see what happens. You might need to check with the quality of logo as poor quality image may affect the conversion of file. Regards, Anubha

Hey, If you have Acrobat installed on your system, then you might embed fonts using the 'Preflight' tool. Otherwise, the problem with fonts will persist after converting that file to Word. Regards, Anubha

A very good morning John, As far as I have understood, there is no problem with ExportPDF. You might need to check whether the fonts in your PDF are embedded or not. For this, open the PDF in Reader/Acrobat and go into File>Properties and click on Fonts tab to check for the same. If the fonts used in the PDF are not present in the system, then MS Word may not be able to retain the layout of the file. Please check. Regards, Anubha
