Fascinating. Had this same problem starting last night. Windows Update brought with it a new version of the AMD driver and my blues started turning into black. Disabling the acceleration fixed the problem. I'm downgrading to 12.6 (cause that's the only ver I can find). I tried to sign up for AMD's forum but haven't yet received the confirmation email.

I'm trying to access my support cases, but after I log in (using the new screen), and then click on My Support Cases, I see the cases, but when I click on them I get an error message and I'm logged out of the system.

So this requires the consumer to actually put the right state in that box? So if I'm in ND and trying to collect taxes from folks in ND, they can select "CA" and bypass it?

The payment was successful, but for some reason neither the user nor I could download it. I disabled, reenabled, the product and increased the # of downloads allowed (and altered the IP restriction). After that it seemed to work, of course the user complained about having the file begin to play (it's an mp3) and didn't know how to save it. Thanks Micah

I have same issue. Payment has processed, customer received invoice with link. Clicking the link brings up "ERROR: File cannot be downloaded at this time. Please contact the website where you purchased this product from." Why cannot this message actually describe the problem!?

So I want to sell a product that is made up of 4 downloadable products. (Totalling ~ 200meg) The only way I have found is to sell membership to a secure area where the files are linked. When I create the secure zone, I want a one-time-fee, but the system says: "ERROR: The payment gateway that you are using does not support recurring payments" The payment isn't recurring! Micah

Yes, the issue has been carried over into CS6. During the beta I did post this as a bug, but it was set to deferred. I believe this indicates that this is the way Adobe wants it now. The fix is to use Alt-Left Shift-Scroll Wheel 😛

In the Adobe Application Manager, but don't worry about it, it's broken and will cause all your downloads to fail. Download the trial apps directly and install them where you want, just register them with your adobe acct.

The problem with that is that it changes the default behavior in other applications. I don't want to change other applications, I want Illustrator to work the way it used to.

Aranaaa... thanks for making my day. You said exactly what I was thinking when I first read the replies. I did speak with Adobe's Illustrator project manager and the dev team at MAX 2010. They were unaware of the issue, I demonstrated it on my laptop for them, needless to say it was a shocker. I joined the Illustrator beta test team and have yet to download the beta.
