I'll say it again.  There is some form of caching going on that is causing your issue.  If you have indeed removed the code and pushed it into production then the problem is on the server.  They more than likely have save class files enabled so even if they restart or clear cache the files will remain.  They can safely delete the files without restarting CF to clear them. ... Couple things... First, and the most important, use queryparam tags unless you want to get sql injected. Secondly, do all of your data validation processing outside of the transaction.  The only code you should have inside the transaction is sql queries.
