I have 1000 credits but https://firefly.adobe.com/upload/video-generation wants Request access to: Adobe Firefly Pro which is not possible. Is Adobe Firefly Pro not included in our Creative Cloud All Apps subsciption?

I tried everything in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html but no luck. I called several times and Adobe only hangs up. I'd like to cancel the Adobe XD subscription but keep the Adobe Teams subscriptions.

We tried to cancel the subscription for Adobe XD for several months. We call and you only hang up. We also have Adobe Teams subscription.
